Googaro Subscription Box Review - September

Googaro is a monthly baby and kids subscription box. I'm always looking for more baby and toddler gifts, so I decided to sign up for this one when there was a RueLaLa deal a few weeks back. (That deal is no longer available, but if you follow the newsletter I will post the next time I find one!)

This box I'm reviewing is for a girl ages 2-3.

Googaro Subscription Box Review - September 2014 Fruit

Kid-O Chopping Vegetables - Retail Value $25

This seems like such a classic kid toy to me - it will make a great gift!

Googaro Subscription Box Review - September 2014 Mat

Otto Goes to School by Todd Parr - Retail Value $3.99

Kid Kusion Splat Mat - Value $11

This Splat Mat will be a VERY practical addition to a baby gift I'm putting together for a friend who is expecting!

Googaro Subscription Box Review - September 2014 Snacks

Happy Times Mixed Fruit Yogis  - Retail Value $6.99

I'm happy to see this is an organic snack they included in the box, and it gets great reviews from moms on Amazon!

Verdict: This box has a retail value of about $47 - I think that's pretty good for the $35 a month cost. Everything included seems to be high quality too.

Do you subscribe to Googaro? What do you think of it?

Splat mat was one of my favorite items when I was a new mother. When the kids got older, I loved it even more as it evolved into a craft mat when painting, gluing, or play-doh-ing!

I’m 27 years old, and that chopping vegetables set looks awesome! I totally would have loved that when I was younger, and it would have lasted me through until I was 5-6, using it as play food for my ‘restaurants’ and things like that. What a great concept.

My 3-year-old daughter really likes the Otto book! I put the bag of chopping vegetables (though half of them are fruits?) in her bin with the play food, but she hasn’t discovered it yet. Trying to swap the high chair mat (which is cute and looks great, but she’s been out of the high chair for about a year) and already swapped the yogurt snacks. I Initially signed up under a deal, then got one more month, but realized the “2-3 year” option is really for kids between 2 and 3, not age 3. So I canceled via e-mail, and they were very nice about it. I wish they’d offer options for older kids, because they seem to have quality stuff!
Right now my favorite sub for her is Bluum–liked my first month or two with Citrus Lane, but they seem to be going downhill (since they acquired Care.com, really). Considering trying the Koala Crate from Kiwi Crate, too!

I want to try this subscription and Austin Lloyd, this last one is $50 per month kinda pricey.

Your box looks really nice and it is something any girl would like, I would like to see a box for a baby girl 4-5mo I wonder if any of the readers have received one for either of those boxes mentioned above.

Always checking your website for amazing offers, hoping to see one of these 2 boxes 🙂
