  1. Has anyone ever received their summer FFF box? I was told when I inquired mine would ship early last week and nothing. Wondering if it’s just me.

      I got mine, weeks ago.

      First off when you say they said it would ship are you referring to FFF or Rue la la.

      Rue la la does not ship the item they give you a voucher to redeem on the FFF website.

      • Hi Blessedmommi, it was FFF I emailed. I just sent them another email. The person included a phone number to call if needed …I’ll give them a call Tuesday. Have a wonderful labor day weekend! Thanks for responding! I’m guessing this is a fluke thing.

          Ok, that is strange. When you place your order the confirmation email stated it ships within 3 business days of the order being placed. So I believe I recieved mine a week later. Hopefully they get your box sent out soon. Did you contact them again? Their customer service is pretty great about responding and fixing issues like this.

          • I will call them Tuesday, I’m guessing they are off. I’ve been very lucky with subs, this is the first time I’ve had a problem. I am confident it will get straightened out. I think it is an awesome box and great value. I can’t wait to see what the fall box holds.

  4. well, well, well what a mess
    It would take 10 pages to type everything that transpired talking to rula & fff on the phone. The somewhat condensed version is rula was very helpful in the fact they gave me the code over the phone, NOT helpful when I asked why I had to give my credit card to join FFF saying S&H and taxes were not included in the 69 and that was why I had to provide a cc – not true! according to fff
    I still don’t know if or when anything will be shipped but I understand from fff my order has been placed…..I think
    I don’t know what the deal is with rula not sending out the codes
    is this sub pretty reliable? it’s very confusing for someone who doesn’t know how this works.
    I think I’ve got it now.

      FFF is a very reliable sub.
      I’m sorry you had quite the adventure, and that’s all Rue la la’s fault.
      Rue la la, like groupon and living social are websites that sale discounted deals . You buy from them and they give you a voucher to redeem from the actual retailer. So when you purchased from Rue la la you were suppose to receive a code that would have covered the full cost of the FFF summer box and fall box. No extra payment was required.

      It seems rue la la site had issues sending customers who bought this deal their codes. I was lucky enough to get mine within a few hrs.
      I completely understand your frustration as It’s confusing if you’ve never used sites like theirs before.
      The confirmation email you recieved should have said something about it. Often those emails get sent to your junk folder so I advise always checking their first. I hope you get your box soon and that everything is sorted out. FFF has great CS.

      • Hi Blessedmommi, I agree it was Ru la la’s fault. And my fault because I am guessing this was in fine print somewhere when I placed the order. I check my junk mail on a regular basis and not there. I also read their shipping confirmation email very carefully and no mention of any code. What I did discover today is that when they wrote “your item will be received by 8/14” they were referring to the code, not the box.
        When you understand the system it is simple if everything comes together. I thought I was ordering the subscription direct from Rue la la.
        I am glad to hear your comments and thank you so much for taking the time to explain! I think the summer box is outstanding and a great value, and I am excited to receive the fall box too.

          I’m glad your box is finally on its way! It is a really great deal, the flash facial alone makes the box worth it, I haven’t tried it get. But it retails for 100 and then the purlisse is 55 so those to items are more than enough.
          This was my first rue la la purchase. So I hope they figure out their promo code emails before people order again.

            p.s. yes amazing value. I have the same Purlisse from another box and everyone is talking about this facial! It’s $ higher than PopSugar but lower with discounts. I might turn out to be a regular. I wonder if Juliana is still curating it. Either way, you can’t beat the value. Thanks again.

          • Hi Michelle,

            You will receive a tracking notice from FFF when the ship it out. So check your email, I believe within 3 business days of your order being placed. As far as the code I asked FFF and they said that special has ended so if you just ordered your box you will not receive a code :(. But your still basically getting the fall box for free with this deal. And that’s what the codes were for! If you don’t receive a conformation email from FFF by Monday I would shoot them a email. They are excellent at responding!!

  5. Hmm do if I have this right am I suppose to get a code to redeem this offer?

    I placed my order on the 6th yet I have yet to revieve any confirmation beside in my order history.

    I was under the impression that I would just get the box mailed directly without intervening.

    • You might have seen, me too! When I have time I will call them. I think I was confused about this whole thing. Has anyone received the summer box? I thought it went out and this was an after the fact offer.

  6. Is anyone but me having difficulty getting their code after purchase?

    • I’ve been waiting, too. I placed my order last Thursday, but haven’t gotten my code yet.

      I emailed customer service, and they said to let them know if I still haven’t heard back in 1-2 business days. I tried again this morning, but haven’t heard back yet.

      • I finally got my code today.

        Since I already have an account, I had emailed them asking how to use the code with the account. They replied that the offer was supposed to be for new customers but since I had already purchased it they would work with me to apply it to my account. Thought someone else might need that information.

    • what code? I just ordered the two boxes for $69 and nothing was said about a code. I ordered it 8/8 and my confirmation letter said I would be notified when shipped estimated delivery 8/14. I emailed customer service and asked when it would be shipped and no reply. nothing was ever said about a code! I’m a new customer….maybe that’s why no code?

      Kind of disappointed in the customer service. I was thinking maybe to start ordering this instead of PS.

        The code is if you purchased the box from Rue la la . They email you a code to enter on the FFF website to get the summer and fall box for 69. I you signed up directly from FFF then you would not need a code

          When I click on the link to check status of order it says page no longer exists…..i’m calling them

  7. Thanks, Blessedmommi. (There is no reply button below your last post.) I emailed them. Now I know why people were posting their codes on here for others to use. I did not think of that. I will have to see if I still have my code and post it in case people still need it. Or, perhaps it is no longer valid. Thanks for that tip. I will know better next time.

      No prob, I hope they get you your voucher soon. As far as I know the codes are still valid. So post them and give them out to people. I’m quite sure someone will use it. I believe the codes are good until they sell out of the summer box. Good luck!

  9. This is an awesome deal! I wasn’t too thrilled with the summer box, but I didn’t feel ‘cheated’ because of the sunscreen and the flash facial made up for it. I also had a $25 credit on Rue La La and so I was able to purchase it for the $44 and that makes it even more AWESOME!

I canceled my PSMH account after a year, and I’ve been thinking of subbing to FFF instead… I just reread your reviews, though, and feel underwhelmed… I just subbed to Escape yesterday, though, so hopefully I’ll like that one enough! (I’m also looking forward to your review of the Nicky Hilton box and getting my hands on YOUR quarterly box!)

  11. I had cancelled my subscription after the summer box, but I think I’ll re-sub with this offer. I’m in LOVE with the Sonya Dakar flash facial, so I’d be getting another bottle of that and will gift/trade any duplicates. All for a great price!

  13. Warning,,, this is for the summer and fall box. They will NOT do the fall and winter box. I cancelled and resubscribed so now I am getting another summer and I did not like most of the items in that box. So I will get an expensive duplicate water bottle.

    • I thought it said in the description that it was for the Summer and Fall. Are we required to cancel and resubscribe or can we just add it to our existing account?

    I’m a current member. I still waiting on my voucher from rue la la. So I’m not sure if I can apply it to my current account or not. I let you know. If not I’ll just create a new account and then cancel it once I receive both boxes!

        I got my voucher, it takes a hr or two but you should receive a email. Check your junk mail if it’s not in your inbox. I just went ahead and created a new account with my other email. Since I’m getting a free fall box on my main account. So with this deal Its basically like getting another free box.

            Did you check your junk email? I’d contact Rue la la CS if it’s not there.

            Each summer box was sent a promo code for 15 off to give to people. It was good for 3 uses and if it was redeemed you got your next box free.

  17. I went ahead and purchased this deal. I was thinking about buying another summer one and this way I get the next box for cheap too! Win/win except for my wallet! Lol I need to stop looking at this MSA site for awhile. I keep saying no more purchases and then I make another one after lookin at MSA. πŸ™‚

    • Are you a current member? How did you apply it to your account? Or did you have to cancel? I want to do this but can’t figure out the logistics or if there’s any ‘trick’ to taking advantage of it. Thanks!

      • You can cancel online by filling out a form. I just called and they were vey nice about handling it. Very quick too,
