Just received my urthbox yesterday. (I bought the 3 month sub on Living Social). Great box except a lot of the items were chocolate and melted. It did not sit outside, I was home when it was delivered. I had to mash together the macaroons and put them in the fridge. If I paid full price I would be upset that everything was a mess. Seems like they would send chocolate items in cooler months. Still, nice box for the price and glad it is not auto-renewing.

Funny, I finally got mine yesterday too, but I they sent me the chips in a 10 ways box…. chips with kale, peas, chickpeas, quinoa…. I think I would rather have the chocolate 🙂 to bad it melted

This company has the worst customer service ever.

I just moved and I changed my address on the website the only place you can change it. I get the tracking info for my August boxes, I’m subscribed to three boxes, and I check to see where my boxes are. Tracking info says they’ve been delivered, they shipped them to the old address though.

Obviously I’m pretty disappointed so I email them letting them know what happened. They respond saying that I should have emailed them to change my shipping address and that if I want my August boxes I will have to pay $6 more per box for them to be shipped to the correct address, the address that I had already changed on their website which says NOTHING anywhere as far as having to email them to change your shipping location.

I let them know that I thought it was pretty messed up how they were handling this situation considering it was their error and their website issues that caused it to happen. To which they let me know that they would be adding a note to their website to email them if you need to change your shipping address. Yet are still requiring that I pay them another $18 on top of the already $70+ that I paid for my August boxes.

Now they’ve stopped responding to me and are censoring me from their Facebook page.

This is a terrible company with terrible standards, they will not last long.

Thanks. Just purchased the three month Urthbox deal.

I was unhappy to notice a $1.00 pending charge on my CC from Urthbox. Since this was purchased with a Living Social certificate, there was no need to run my card.

I just signed up for a second Urthbox small box. I bought a 6 month groupon Urthbox deal a few months ago and I LOVE it! I just wish they were doing deals on the Large box too. Although the small box does rock!

Do you know if this is for new members only, or if someone can unsub and then resub?

Three months ago I cancelled my subscription, bought a similar Living Social voucher, and used it with a different email address.

Yay this deal has been posted.
I sent a email earlier this week about this, so I was wondering why you hadn’t posted it, but it must have been when you were updating your site so maybe the email didn’t make it’s way to you. Either way in glad it’s on here now 🙂
