Jennifer Love Hewitt Fancy Box Review - June 2014 Pizza

Pizza Recipe Book - Value $18

Jennifer Love Hewitt Fancy Box Review - June 2014 Recipe

This is a really fun recipe book with full pictures of each pizza on the right side of every recipe.

Jennifer Love Hewitt Fancy Box Review - June 2014 Trivet

Sketch Trivet - Value $19

I think trivets are the one item I always need more of in the kitchen, and also refuse to buy because I'm sure they will show up in a subscription box soon. Finally I get my trivet! Plus the design of this one is great.

Jennifer Love Hewitt Fancy Box Review - June 2014 Half

Calf & Half Creamer - Value $24

This is really cute, but since I don't eat dairy, it's getting gifted or swapped!

Jennifer Love Hewitt Fancy Box Review - June 2014 Lock

Ben & Jerry's Euphori-Lock - Value $16

This is kind of amazing! I had seen this before online, but I always though it was a PR stunt and didn't actually exist!

Verdict: This was a fun cooking/kitchen box, but unfortunately for me I won't be able to use any of the dairy related items. They will make good gifts though. And this Ben & Jerry's ice cream lock will make the perfect gag gift for someone.

What did you think of the Jennifer Love Hewitt June Fancy Box?

Odd my box didnt have but 2 of those items and since the Pink box was discontinued in December I went with the JLH box. all but 4 of them have been over 80$ I finally emailed Fancy about it and got a whopping 5$ gift card. The personalization is gone like Ashton and Pink used to put the personal touch as to why they chose the item. Its really sad. I have wondered if they got rid of Pink and Ashton because the boxes rocked. Pink one time had a 95$ watch. I changed to one of the last original Coco and we will see……

meh, this box would have been a huge disappointment for me. i do subscribe to the Fancy Food Box, and i have no complaints about that one. none of the other Fancy boxes have really looked very good to me. the only thing i would use out of this box is the trivet.

If you can’t swap the creamer it would be a good eye makeup brush holder, I think – each of the udders would keep the brushes in place to dry after cleaning.

This box is too literal for me. A trivet the looks like the pan it holds, a pizza book that looks like pizza, a creamer that looks like udders… it’s a lot of one-liner puns. This type of stuff is usually marketed towards college students, and I think that’s probably what Fancy had in mind. Not a bad box, just not for adults with sophisticated tastes. I’m glad Liz reviews a variety of boxes though, it’s fun to see them all.

This is a great box. This is one of those times I wish I subscribed to her box. Love the icecream lock.

Do Fancy boxes ship on time? I haven’t received a confirmation email for the Nicky Hilton Fancy box yet.

each box has it’s own shipping date based on when you ordered in the month, I get the Kelly Rowland box and subscribed a month before it typically ships, ie, I pay on the 15th of one month and it always ships on the 10th or 11th of the next. But each box page on Fancy has a more indepth shipping detail under the subscribe or buy button

The Nicky Hilton box is supposed to ship on the 10th. It is now the 14th, and my account still reads payment received. Does that mean the box is delayed? Do they miss their own shipping dates or do they ship on time? Are they slow to update the accounts and the box could already be on its way? I did email their customer service, but no reply yet.

The fancy boxes all look like the biggest waste of money to me!! Anyone else feel that way?

I’ve loved my fancy boxes so far. I get the regular fancy boxes, and they generally have a theme, and I’ve used all the products I’ve received. I still like PopSugar more, but they have been worth the money for me so far (about 3 months in.)
