I was having that same issue and was working wit their Customer Service team today( they are great!) they wanted me to tell everyone that they have fixed that issue!

Thank you. I too was emailing with CS last night (they are fantastic!) and was able to sign up finally. Can’t beat the deal, especially with the promo code too. Excited to get my box and try the products, although I was a little disappointed after finding the ingredients lists. I was reassured by all of the info about quality ingredients and being free of X, Y, and Z (I’m very careful about what I use on my skin) so I signed up but then I found the full lists of ingredients for the actual products and was sad to see artificial dyes, fragrance, etc. which I typically would avoid in skincare. My fault for not waiting to sign up until after learning more about the full lists of ingredients (I was excited). Some of the products are devoid of all that though so I will use those and swap other items as needed.

After you pick your package, there’s a black panel on the right side of the screen. Near the bottom is a place for the promo code. I’ve tried to highlight it in the attached pic. I hope it works for you!
