Citrus Lane Review & $20 Coupon Code - May 2014 Crab

Stephen Joseph Fun Flyer - Value $7

This little crab frisbee is adorable, and the foam fabric makes it extra safe!

Citrus Lane Review & $20 Coupon Code - May 2014 Hero

Goodbyn Hero Lunch Box - Value $14?

This Hero lunch box from Goodbyn was launched exclusively in Citrus Lane boxes, so I'm guessing on the value. It's really well designed, and I love that it is BPA free and top rack dishwasher safe!

Citrus Lane Review & $20 Coupon Code - May 2014 Parachute

Parachute Fliers - Value $6

This set comes with two paratroopers, plus markers and stickers to decorate their parachutes!

Citrus Lane Review & $20 Coupon Code - May 2014 Cookies

Fresh Feet Wipes for Kids - Value $3.50

Back to Nature Mini Chocolate Chunk Cookies - Value $1

These fresh feet wipes are antibacterial and suggested for activities like karate, gymnastics, playgrounds, etc.

Verdict: We paid $21 for this box (6-month subscription) and received about $31 worth of products. The value is about the same as last month, but this box just seems more substantial because of the size of the items. I'm excited to share these toys with my cousin (but I'm keeping the bento box!)

What did you get in your Citrus Lane box this month?

Summer

We received this box for May, and we have been subscribed to Citrus Lane for well over a year. We decided to stop our subscription after this box. Our son is 2 1/2 and it was clear that as our son was getting older, his boxes were not as good. In this box, he didn’t get anything he would actually use or play with. He didn’t like the cookies, and at 2 1/2 I have no real need for Tupperware since we stay at home. We were sad to end our subscription because my son looks forward to them every month. We are currently looking for a new monthly box

Got my first citrus lane today and it is waaaay better than stork stack or bluum. They have merged now but I tried them each before the merge and they were terrible. Mainly bc I want toys and useful baby items, not just mom items lol. Well my 6 month old baby box had a cute puppet, snack container, fresh feet wipes, green toys stacking stars and a small snack for mom. That is how the mom gift should be people! Lol. I love the green toys stacking stars. I’ve seen them before but thought they were too expensive so I was really excited to get them in this box.

I just got my first box tonight (7 month old). It had the cutest Skip Hop puppet in it. It also had feet wipes- for Mom not baby!! 🙂 cheddar crackers and a little snack holder made this box completely awesome and usable. Between this and my Bluum box, I am in baby box heaven!!

I have 2 subs for my daughter- one is age appropriate (19 months) the other I got because it was a great deal on a deals website and i sized it up a year. Both had the cookies, foot wipes, lunch boxes, sand toys (hape toys), and Melissa and Doug toys -The 19 month box had a peg puzzle and 31 months had a water paint kit. Both sets are really nice! Did you open the lunch kit? The condiments containers snap so easily, I might have to use one of them for lunches!

I have a 31 month old daughter and received the exact same box. Downside was that we already have the exact same sand toys but since I have two daughters (second one is 10 months old) its sometimes nice to have duplicates. 🙂 Awesome deal for $9 but I’m still undecided if I’ll try a full priced month for June…

I was pleased with my box this month. I received one for a 4 year old girl. I got the lunchbox in pink (which I might use for myself since my daughter isn’t in school yet to use it!), a pink kids watch that seemed a good quality for a child (valued at $14!), washable markers valued at $5 and then we did get the same fresh feet wipes and a snack bag of cheese crackers.

All in all I was happier with this months box, especially since I was going to cancel and they offered a discount for keeping it for 3 months. Even without that this months box was still a keeper.

This was the first box I have ordered from Citrus Lane. Even though I don’t have my own children, the $20 discount was too good to pass up for one of my younger nieces. I was thinking that I would just buy one then cancel. But now, I’m thinking I might hang on another month to see what it brings.
I received the exact same box as Christina for my four year old niece Ryann. But, like Liz, I fell in love with the Bento box and am keeping it for myself. And yes, I do feel a bit bad about taking part of a little kid’s box. But, shhhhh, she’ll never know! 😉

I got the same box. It seems that’s the 4 year old girl box. While it was cute I think my daughter would have liked the boys box better. She wants those parachute guys!
