Hautelook Lip Beauty Bag

Finally! HauteLook is launching a new beauty bag this Friday at 11 AM EST!  Make sure to sign up for the My Subscription Addiction Daily Newsletter to get a reminder when it’s available for purchase!

We don't have details yet on prices or what's included, but I'm guessing it will be somewhere around $20 based on previous beauty bags. And this one is the HauteLook Lip Beauty Bag, so I think it will be all lip products. (I've never seen a lip product focused beauty bag from HauteLook, and I can't wait to see what's included!)

Check out my reviews of all past HauteLook Beauty Bags if you want to see what's been in past Beauty Bags!

Great to hear! Any news on when/if the Target box will ever be available again?

Nothing on my radar yet for Target. I’ll post when I learn anything! 🙂

Is it usual for Wantable to send the same article 2 months in a row?

I’m kind of bummed about this being an all lip product bag. That’s great for lip factory but these are usually a great variety which is a main selling point. I loathe lip gloss and fear this will be filled with them. And reds most people can’t wear (it’s the hardest color to find that suits each individual, IMO). I wonder if I can will this to be a variety bag….If not, there’s the Allure box at the end of the month to satisfy my variety yen!

I hve had a positive experience with their customer service. I called about my previous bag because the mascara was dried and the nail polish broken. They refunded me 80% of the purchase price. As well as all the shipping and gave me a $5.00 credit toward a future purchase.

I will say that I’ve often run into a looooong wait when it comes to actually receiving my items. However, with the discount and the fact that customer service makes an effort to compensate for any issues with an order, I’d say they are worth it.

I set my alarm for these!

I would consider purchasing their beauty bag, but I still haven’t received my bag from the beauty blowout sale a few months ago. I have contacted customer service and they have been no help.

I was thinking of going for it (I love lip products) but after reading your comment and seeing some of the other comments on Liz’s previous reviews, I’m not sure. Does anyone have any positive experiences with their customer service?

I do have to say, I like being in the Eastern time zone. I start to get tired in the office around lunch time and I can usually perk myself up by logging in to some of the flash sale sites (I think I’m signed up for four of them now!).

I’m a daily Hautelook shopper. Their customer service and extended ship dated are atrocious. But I keep going back because I love the variety and quality. I’ve found many great new go to products there. Customer service pretty much uniformly ignores outside emails and messages through their site. It’s completely random when they do respond. And it’s not at all unusual for items to not ship even after the extended delivery window passes. And if you don’t track it down, you may never see what you bought. I stopped shopping there for a few months but like childbirth, as soon as you forget how bad it sucked, you do it again!
