Wantable Makeup Subscription Box Review - March 2014 Box

Wantable is a monthly subscription service that has 3 different plans: Makeup, Accessories, and Intimates. It's one of the pricier subscriptions ($36 a month), but everything they send is full size, and they fully customize the boxes based on your preferences. I subscribe to all three, and this review is of the makeup box.

Wantable Makeup Subscription Box Review - March 2014 Info

You get to take a very detailed survey of what items you love, like and dislike. You won’t receive anything in your dislike list. (Last month I realized I narrowed down my list a little too much, so I re-took the quiz and I'm happy with how my box turned out this month!)

Wantable Makeup Subscription Box Review - March 2014 Nail Polish

SpellBound Nail Lacquer in Belladonna - Value $14

PLA Beauty Eyeshadow in Serenity - Value $18

This SpellBound nail polish line from Liberty Republic is brand new and exclusively launched in Wantable boxes! (I love when subscriptions get you products before you can even buy them!) Plus this pale pink creme shade is totally me. I can't wait to wear it!

Also, PLA Beauty is a completely new beauty line to me, and I was happy to discover that it's an eco-conscious makeup brand!

Wantable Makeup Subscription Box Review - March 2014 Mascara

Golden Rose Infinity Lash Volume & Length Mascara - Value $13

La Bella Donna Compressed Mineral Eye Shadow in Sultry Olive - Value $20

This sheer mineral eye shadow is free of ingredients that might irritate your eyes (talc, alcohol, FD&C dyes, etc.) It's another brand that is new to me, and I love the subtle shimmer of this shade.

Wantable Makeup Subscription Box Review - March 2014 Brush

Mistura Retractable Brush - Value $18

I always need new brushes, and this one is perfect for travel so I'm happy!

Verdict: I'm very pleased with my makeup Wantable box this month. I received over $80 worth of full sized makeup products. I normally wouldn't splurge that much for a single eyeshadow shade, but when I get them at a discount in a box, I'm very happy! (And no Starlooks products this month!)

What did you get in your Wantable Makeup box this month? Are you happy with the customization based on your profile?

The spellbound nail Polish was also in the February Boxycharm boxes. Same shade as well! Apparently it was not exclusive to Wantable, nor we’re they the first to get it!

Ah! You must be confused – this polish line was finished 4 days before Wantable debuted them for me! I’m SO excited that everyone has received them so well – and this shade is definitely my current obsession! To the reviewer Liz – I can’t wait to hear what you think of this formula! It’s BRAND NEW to the market (5-free, vegan, quick drying, super amazing), and I’ve been so legitimately excited to read reviews like this since I started developing this formula in September!

Hi Jennifer, this is Lindsey from Wantable. I can’t speak for Boxycharm, but we do indeed have a special relationship with Liberty Republic’s SPELLBOUND Nail Lacquer for March. It’s an amazing 5-free, long-wearing, chip resistant, and fast drying formula! 🙂

That was Nars polish that was in the Feb box. Their Facebook page even stated that the Nars polish would be in everyone’s box, the only variation in the boxes are colors not products! So…. Liz is right!!!

Yes and wantable informed me earlier this week that everyone will receive a Jordan Liberty Spellbound polish this month. However, if you read my blog review when mine arrives and see that I don’t, its per a special agreement(I’ll explain in my blog when my box arrives next week). 🙂

Oh – I thought everyone got NARS nail polish in the February BoxyCharm boxes. I guess there’s more variation than I thought?
