Her Fashion Box is a subscription box from Australia. They recently opened up subscriptions to ship Internationally, so I immediately signed up for Her Fashion Box and Her Fitness Box. (My fitness box had shipping issues and is being re-shipped, so hopefully I'll get it in the next week or so!)
The Subscription Box: Her Fashion Box
The Cost: $39.95 (Australian dollars)
The Products: The fashion box includes fashion and accessory items plus beauty products, and the fitness box includes fitness products, and deluxe health and wellness samples.
This month's box came with Shop Til You Drop magazine. I love reading international magazines, so this was one of my favorite parts of the box. (There's an ad in this magazine for The Real Housewives of Melbourne - I can't believe I didn't know there were Real Housewives spin-offs in other countries!)
There's also a mini magazine from Her Fashion Box that highlights the items included in the box for that month.
It definitely feels more editorial than your standard subscription box card!
Mirenesse Lip Bomb - Value $35
I had no idea Mirenesse products were free from parabens, phthalates and other potentially harmful ingredients - I think I may have to try out their subscription now! (If you subscribe to the Mirenesse box let me know if you recommend it or not!)
Bondi Sands Summer Bronze Instant Tan in Light/Medium - Value $18 RRP
Urban Rituelle Petit Parfum Spray in Ginger Apple - Value $15 RRP
These brands are both new to me (which is exactly what I was hoping for from an International box). Plus I'm always looking for the next great self-tanner, so I will definitely give this one a try!
ChapStick Day & Night - Value $7 RRP
Shadow Shields - Sample
These shadow shields stick under your eyes when you put on eyeshadow to prevent any stray color getting on your makeup. They may end up being more trouble than they are worth (like with a lash card I sampled through Birchbox a while ago) - we'll see!
Her Fashion Box Bubble Bracelets - $24.95 RRP
Her Fashion Box Stepping Stones Necklace - $19.95 RRP
Each Her Fashion Box comes with a jewelry piece. This month you could get one of a few different necklace and bracelet sets.
I wasn't super excited when I saw the pieces, but they look nice in the magazine, so maybe they will grow on me!
Verdict: I paid about $30 (US) for this box, after coupon, and I received over $100 RRP worth of products - plus a magazine! (Since most of these products are from Australian companies, I'm using their dollars in this review). I'm happy with the value, I love getting boxes from overseas, and I'm excited to see what's in the March box (when I get it in April! 🙂
What do you think of the February Her Fashion Box?
