Liz, Did you see where they’re offering more boxes in medium and large? I loved my first women’s box. Contemplating getting one of the larger sized ones.

I just did a quick search and found two reviews/unboxings. Someone else posted that they got the same thing as KatyL (YUCK!), and someone else posted something totally different, which was actually cool stuff…
My FedEx shipping lists my box as 1.5 lbs and tentative arrival date as tomorrow…

That was THE fastest delivery of any box I’ve ever gotten! I got a text message that it had been sent, but when I opened the front door, it was already there!
Unfortunately, the lightning quick delivery was the best thing about the box (which was huge and stuffed with interesting filler paper.)
I got a vinyl sticker for the wall that says something like “Worker Harder and Be Humble”; a really pretty box that looked it’d have something interesting in it, which turned out to be a bright orange plastic credit card holder; two brown notebooks, one emblazoned with “Plan to Take Over the World”; and last, but not least, a China Glaze nailpolish in what looks to be a stainless steel color.
Not bad for $10, I guess, but when you figure in the shipping, it doen’t feel like much of a bargain at all – esp. since you could’ve put this stuff in a box half the size and had room left over for something GOOD.
I hope other folks got better stuff!

IMO, Fancy is hit or miss. Hopefully this offer is a hit. I’m so glad the box was still available!

I just bought one of the mens and one of the womens boxes. This is my first Fancy purchase so I’m hoping it’s good otherwise I won’t be returning. I did 2 Jewelmint surprise boxes a month or two ago and they were awful, thus I’ll never buy from them again.

I was really excited to hear about these but the shipping to the UK is $19.95, and thats per box!! I notice they also make a point of saying it is non-refundable. For a total of $29.95 for $30 I’ll definately pass. Look forward to seeing what those that did order receive though.

I wondered the same thing, but considering the box is supposed to be worth $30+ and there’s a little coupon code, I figured it was a good time to try it. My husband and I will enjoy opening our own mystery boxes together one evening after dinner or something so I feel like I’m kind of getting a little something out of the fact that this will be a nice little surprise even if we dislike some of the items. Perhaps the leftovers can go in the “gifting pile” heh. I left a note that this was my first time and let them know that I’m checking them out to see if I should subscribe. I hope they’ll make the extra effort!

This is an awesome deal for someone who likes these kind of boxes! I’m particular about my interests though – only want beauty, baby, and food pretty much – and not random items, so this is probably not for me. 🙂
