Bluum Baby Subscription Box Review & Coupon - March 2014 Deep Steep

Deep Steep Passion Fruit and Guava Hand Scrub - Value $10

Yay - a mom item for me! I love the natural Deep Steep brand, and this hand scrub smells great. My only complaint is that it probably would have been better suited in a different type of container - it takes a lot of effort to get the hand scrub out of this tube!

Verdict: We paid $25 for this box and received about $56 worth of items. Everything will work great for gifts, and I'm loving my Deep Steep hand scrub, so this box is a win for me! What did you get in your Bluum box this month?

I was really unhappy with my box too. My daughter really looks forward to this box and wants to open it right away but I have had to screen it because the last couple of months have contained medicine’s and she will have a major meltdown if there is something in there I won’t allow her to play with or eat. I really dislike receiving medicine. This month, like another poster noted, there was not even a toy or book (31 month). My daughter played with the packaging that came with the belt pretending it was a magic wand. I felt terrible… $25 and my daugher is playing with packaging??? My box contents were: belt, hair detangler, sample pack of wipes, nasal spray, and hand scrub. I got to thinking, I can go to amazon every month and get a small toy and a couple books for the same price and my daughter can still get her “package” but it will be with things I actually want… I cancelled.

I got a 24 month box for my granddaughter. It had 2 books, a bath toy (that was BORING), some organis snacks (of course she didn’t like them) and a fabric sleeve for coffee or other drinks (which I swapped). All in all I think it was an ok box but compared to what you got for a 21 month, I DEFINITELY like yours better! I think I’ll give the another try since she loves getting a box every month like her Mimi!

Mine was for a 5 mo old. I got a Manhattan Toy super soft stuffed dog, wooden rattle, Oscillo meds, Triple Wash/Shampoo and 2pks Nurturme quinoa. Happy with my box this month!

I was disappointed in mine too. I bought one month through Living Social and am glad I don’t have any more. My baby is due April 13 and the gender is a surprise. I got a third trimester box and they gave me bubblegum pink baby legs when I clearly said the gender was a surprise in my profile. I also got stretch mark cream that was worth $70. I guess that was fine but I don’t have stretch marks and I don’t like that’s where the whole value of the box went 🙁 I also got the smallest washcloths I have ever seen, a rattle and Blum makeup remover wipes.

We didn’t even get a toy in the 21 month old box. 🙁

Occilo sample, blueberry shampoo, Weleda calendula cream and a reusable snack bag.

I bought a 3 month subscription via Living Social so here’s hoping the next 2 months are good or I’m so canceling!!

Oh that sounds so awful. At that age a toy is a must!

I thought I was the only one with hand scrub issues!

Well, that makes my box a near total bummer. Not only the tough hand scrub, but two of my items were too young for my baby (toy and onesie both up to 6m and I have a 7m) and to top it off, I got the same exact onesie free from the hospital I delivered at… :/

My toy was super young too. A soft rattle and my baby is 13 months. Not at all interested in a 6 month old toy…

I agree about the hand scrub, it’s SO hard to squeeze out of that tube. I’m afraid it’s going to burst out the opposite end one of these days.
