Citrus Lane Subscription Box Review & Coupon - Feb 2014 Juice Beauty

Juice Beauty Green Apple Age Defy Hand Cream - FULL SIZE! Value $12

I'm a big fan of the Juice Beauty brand and this hand cream has a wonderful crisp-apple scent! (I love it when Citrus Lane includes beauty items for moms that I can keep for myself!)

Citrus Lane Subscription Box Review & Coupon - Feb 2014 Storage

Skip Hop Storage Bin in Lady Bug - Value $15

Citrus Lane let subscribers pick out which storage bin they wanted, or they could be surprised. I got this pink lady bug one to go with the next round of FabKids clothing I give my cousin!

Citrus Lane Subscription Box Review & Coupon - Feb 2014 Shoe

Tie Up Shoe from Plan Toys - Value $8

This is a cute toy for learning to tie shoes, but I have to wonder why you wouldn't just practice on an actual shoe? (I'm not a parent though, so please let me know if this toy is useful!)

Citrus Lane Subscription Box Review & Coupon - Feb 2014 Book

Skip Through the Seasons Book - Value $7

Verdict: This box included about $42 worth of items. I like that they let you customize which storage bin you wanted, and I especially like the full size Juice Beauty hand cream! The book, shoe-tying toy and bin will make great gifts too.

What did you get in your February Citrus Lane box?

For this month I got an email from Citrus Lane letting me know I could pick it out. (This is the first email from them I’ve received about customizing my box).

I got my first box for my twins (16 month old). We got a bowl by oogaa, boon bath toys that stick to the wall, a book (Starlight Sailor) and the lotion.
First I really liked the lotion! Smells good, I didn’t know of the company, so I checked out and it seems pretty cool, I was happy to see something new (for me!).
Then the book was a success! Immediately my girls wanted me to read it, and then read it again, and one more time! Lol I also have an almost 4 year old and she also really liked the book! All my three girls are into books, and it’s so hard finding books they like and I like! (I have to like too since I’m the one going to read it about 20 times a day!) also a plus for the book: it has a princess wearing glasses just like my oldest wears glasses! We liked that!
The bath toys came at a good time (I was just thinking that we needed something different than cups and that would be fun for the girls all play together!) but we haven’t played with it yet… We forgot to bring it out last couple of baths! Oops! Maybe tonight!
Last the bowl… At first I looked at it and I though “oh great! A bowl! We have enough eating supplies…” Then I though, well we have it, so I’ll wash and put with the other stuff we have and it turned out to be great having it! My oldest doesn’t like using the same pasta bowls we use bc she says they are way to big for her (and really, they are!) and the twins have these cute little ones that are great for them, but a bit on the small size for big sis… So yay the bowl is also loved here!!

I think the shoe is cute, but I’m not a germaphobe myself, so since she could crawl, my daughter has been carrying mine and her daddy’s shoes all over the house. The only problem is we can never find our shoes…

She’s never gotten sick, so it seems to be working for us. Aside from the fact that I can’t find my shoes.

Meh. I got a 6 month box and 3 yes old box. Both had no wow. IMO if you’re going to do so etching useful, put in something that’s fun also. I got a bin, lotion, shoe, and book.
6 month I got a book, a onesie that doesn’t fit, a silicone mesh feeder I just bought 3 days ago and lotion. I like all the items individually (except the onesie doesn’t fit), but maybe not all in one box. Do that make sense?

I get the baby (6months) box. This month we got a Bodysuit from the TEA collections. Since i have a girl, this bodysuit was super cute with flowers and super soft! sized 6-12 months so lots of time to wear! We also got a Pulp Teething Feeder from Boon, this is great cause its silicone instead of mesh, easier to clean! Our Book this month was Bedtime Rhymes from Barefoot Books. I personally love this because it has a lot of the classics in it. And we also received the Green apple hand cream from Juice Beauty (smells great) this is going in my kitchen 🙂

As a germaphobe mom of young kids, I like the tie-up shoe toy. The kids can drag it all over the house , get their fingers all over it and practice tying it to their heart’s content and not once touch the icky soles of actual shoes.
