Taste Guru Subscription Box Review Dec 2013

I used to love Taste Guru because of the quality of their products but now I want to cancel and can’t find anywhere on the website to cancel. They have a phone number but never answer. I’ve emailed them twice and don’t hear back. I am about to cancel my credit card just to make them stop charging it!!
Don’t sign up unless you want to be in it for life.

This company is actually turning out to be terrible in my opinion. When you don’t renew your subscription (and you have a month remaining) they send you a TERRILE box. My final box from a 3-month subscription had a total of 3 items: a granola bar, a tiny 4oz bag of chicken stock, and a tiny bag of chips. I could have purchased these items for under $5 total. I would never work with them again if this is how they treat their customers. I felt like I was being punished for not renewing my subscription. When I e-mail customer support I only got a condescending response back as well.

Taste Guru has a special right now on Groupon. One month $12 and 3 months $37.

I was a little disappointed in the sizes of things. Not worth the full price of the subscriptions, but definitely worth it if you get them on discount (as I did). Family loved the pizza dough. First time we have had pizza in 3 months since going GF. I also liked that it was dairy free and didn’t require eggs (allergic to eggs too). I bought some GF pizza dough mix at the store and my family liked the At The Table Together pizza dough better. Unfortunately, I think I accidentally threw away the card that had the free shipping code on it.

I also just received my Taste Guru box and I liked it. It has a nice variety of good things to try. I’m using the cranberry flax on my cereal every morning.
