Bulu Box Review & 50% Off Coupon - Dec 2013 Review

Bulu Box is a monthly fitness and weight loss subscription box. Their original Bulu Box is focused more on fitness and supplements, and they also have a WeightLoss box that features healthy products and diet supplements. This review is of the Weightloss Bulu Box.

Bulu Box Review & 50% Off Coupon - Dec 2013 Info

Each Bulu Box comes with a card detailing all of the items included for that month. (They usually include a few exclusive coupons too).

Bulu Box Review & 50% Off Coupon - Dec 2013 30 Day

Creative Bioscience 30 Day Diet - Value $32

I'm used to getting 1-use samples in Bulu Boxes, so I was pleasantly surprised to see a full sized (and high value) item in this box!

Bulu Box Review & 50% Off Coupon - Dec 2013 Tapaz

Tapaz 2 Go Snack Pack - Value $3

I hope they continue to include healthy snacks in this box - and I love that this item is Gluten-Free and so convenient!

Bulu Box Review & 50% Off Coupon - Dec 2013 Fish Oil

Me Strength Electrolyte Packets (2)- Value $3

Barlean's Omega Swirl Mango Peach Fish Oil - Sample

These Me Strength packets are meant to be mixed with water and taken 30 minutes before you workout. (They keep you hydrated and give you electrolytes). I like that they are made with all natural ingredients and get their color from vegetables, so I'm definitely going to try these!

Verdict: I paid $5 for this box (annual subscription with 50% off coupon code), and I received about $38 worth of health products. I'm so impressed with the value of the box this month and I hope the trend continues into 2014!

What do you think of the December Weighloss Bulu Box?

I received the same exact box and just wrote an almost identical review! Curious to see what next month holds!

I got the same but I got lemon lime flavor mestrength packets and instead of the 30 day diet I got a cookie dough flavor quest bar! A pretty good box I think. I’ve been wanting to try quest bars forever and now I can 🙂

I also received my Bulu Weight Loss box… except I did not receive any full items! Wow. It had the Tapas to go but other than that, just small samples. What a joke of a subscription.

I also subscribe to the weight loss version of the Bulu Box and my box this month did NOT have the full-sized item. I understand they have two versions of Bulu boxes, a supplement version and a weight loss version, but I find it odd that most people seem to only get boxes with sample sizes… is it possible they send “better” boxes with full-sized items to bloggers or other promoters? My last three boxes in a row had no full-sized items other than a protein bar or two.

Bulu box was the first subscription I ever heard of. I was researching Raw protein powder and they came up. I got so excited by the idea that I automatically signed up for 6 months. Since then I’ve discovered other boxes and have realized that Bulu is terrible! Maybe if I’d only paid $5 I’d feel differently, but as of now I open the box and basically it almost feels like junk mail to me. On their website they make it seem like you might get a DVD or other high quality item every once in a while. All I’ve gotten is a bunch of artificially sweetened junk. I’ve never even received the Garden of Life Raw Meal that led me to find them in the first place.

I have a few months left on my sub, so I hope you are right about them making good changes. Either way, I will not be renewing my sub.

Wow, I picked a good time to subscribe. I cashed in some Earndit points for a free box last week. Hope its this one! I’m on a low-carb diet, but I may make an exception for these treats 🙂

Nice! I hope you like the box 🙂

The reason I cancelled my subscription was that the tiny samples were not enough to see if I received any benefit from the products. The inclusion this month of a full-sized item may make me rethink my subscription.

I agree – I hope they keep sending at least one or two full size items moving forward!
