Verbal Fancy Box Review – Monthly Subscription Box – June 2013

I've decided that Verbal Fancy boxes can be hits or misses for me - but I decided to keep subscribing since the items that aren't hits for me are usually good random gifts for friends! My only beef with Fancy boxes is that the shipping schedule is all over the place. The last Verbal Box I reviewed arrived in May, and I think technically it was was the April box. This box arrived in mid-July, but I guess it's the May/June box? I hope Fancy fixes their shipping situation soon - or at least stays consistent month-to-month. (UPDATE - This is the June box).

Mini Briefcase Card Carrier - Value $12

I was pleasantly surprised to find that this little business card mini briefcase has all the working function of a normal briefcase!

Unzipped Glass Snack Bag - Value $18

At first I was thinking about gifting this glass bowl, but then I looked at all the random beauty samples on my desk and decided to use it to organize! Best treat jar ever!

Before Leaving Checklist Sticker - Value $20

This wall decal is a cute reminder of everything you need before you leave the house. I might gift this to a high-school grad - I would have loved to put this on my door in my dorm room at college! A close up of the decal:

Color Block Pocket Tee - Value $28

Naughty Outlet Cover Decal - Value $15

I am definitely not in the demographic for this item. Verbal describes it as being "perfect for your bachelor pad." Oh well - I knew every item wouldn't be for me!

Verdict: This box had nearly a value of $100 - not bad! I paid $39 plus $7.95 shipping, so even after gifting a few items, this box is still a good value for me. I think the May Verbal Fancy box is still my favorite one from his subscription so far though. What do you think of this month's Verbal Fancy Box?
