Birchbox and Color Club Wanderlust Collection Nail Lacquer in Pardon My French - Mini Bottle Value $4

Birchbox Bobby Pins - Value $2

I love collecting Color Club mini polishes! Color Club is hands down my favorite nail polish formula, so seeing this in the box was an immediate win for me! I don't know the last time I wore bobby pins, but this pattern is cute enough for me to think about trying out bobby pins again!

Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Brightening Makeup - .17 oz Value $6

This foundation from Benefit was the "Suits pick" of my box. I'm happy to see this is a good-size sample. I'll definitely be able to decide if this foundation is for me before I run out!

Keratase Masque Chroma Captive Treat - (2 packets) 1 oz total - Value $9

Whish Shaving Cream in Blueberry - 22 mL Value $3

The reviews on Birchbox of both of these items are great - I will probably pass along the shave cream to a friend though. The blueberry scent just isn't for me!

Verdict: I paid $10 for this box and received about $24 worth of product - I'm very happy with the July Birchbox! Plus all the sample sizes in this box are large enough to get multiple uses - plus no perfume samples! Yay! What did you get in your July Birchbox? Any new favorite products you recommend?

I finally received my first box and I am so disappointed. Four samples and the bobby pins. Two types of sunscreen and tanner for the legs! This will be my first and last box.

My birchbox was totally different. I would have liked yours much better. I recieved a tan towel (two months in a row). Beauty Protector Shampoo and Conditioner, TheBalm InStain Long Wearing Powder Staining Blush, and two tiny lotion samples. Nothing in there excited me.

Is there a trick to getting a good mix of makeup & hair / skin products in your birchbox?

I felt like they could have given us the full size bobby pins. I do use pins, but I have a lot of hair and need at least 6 anyway. I got the model co mascara, and a moisturizer and blush. I also got a different keratasse product.

Wow, my Birchbox was totally different. I received the following:

Gena/ Pedi Cure Foot Treatment Creme (2 packets)
I.C.O.N/ India Oil
Modelco/ Party Proof Lipstick in Peony

My “Suits” pick was Dr. Jart/ Ceramidin Creme

And I also got the bobby pins (in blue).

While I liked my box, I wish I had some of the other items mentioned instead of the foot creme and Ceramidin creme. Oh well, maybe next time.

Finally, a birchbox that I will use at least most of the products! I got:
-the benefit eye cream- always looking for ways to prevent aging 🙂
-the DDF acne control treatment which I was happy to receive and used that day
-the bobby pins (love)
– The Balm long wearing blush
-number 4 prep & comb spray- i got a shampoo from this brand in a previous box and loved it.

Overall I was finally happy. I feel like birchbox really used what I said in my beauty profile this month. No weird items/foil packets/perfume in my box!

I would have loved to have gotten the Benefit Hello Flawless sample in my box, but instead I got the Benefit Eye Cream and an acne treatment… neither of which I use or need. I even went to Ulta today and wanted to try out the Benefit foundation. Oh well.

I’m always so jealous of the boxes you get though, they always seem way better than mine. :/

Hers always seem great, don’t they? Oh, well, the grass is greener. I would have liked ANY benefit product! They are one of my FAVORITE beauty brands, although their skincare line is meh imo.
