Don’t forget the code!
I signed up for my first Glossybox & forgot to enter the coupon code.
I contacted customer service to ask if they’d include for me since I forgot, & placed my order less than 12 hrs. Here was the response:

Thanks for writing in! I would love to help you out, but unfortunately all promotional codes must be redeemed at the time of purchase as stated under the rules and conditions.

I was seriously BUMMED, a little miffed, and confused as to where it exactly states this. Rules are rules I guess.
