I’m young and in love and I set out to do some living…as a result my go-to cocktail, favorite beanie, and feel-good novel are all sorted. Next order of business was to find a perfume that embodied my essence and twirled through the air as the overture to my arrival into any room.
I’m here to say I manifested this reality with a little help from Noteworthy, buuut there were a few setbacks. Here’s what went awry:
1. It's way too easy to find your signature scent from a quick quiz!

Not teenaged me spending 3 hours in Sephora alternating sniffs of perfume and coffee beans. 🤦🏼♀️ The 2025 way of finding a signature scent is so much better, more efficient, and more reliable. Noteworthy’s 3-minute quiz led me to my go-to perfume…and now I want to try all of their perfumes, even ones that weren’t curated for me. It’s not just a hunch that all their other aromas are epic—the Discovery Kit they sent included 4 expertly-crafted scents tailored to my unique preferences so I could take my matches on a few trial runs and see which one I connected with best before buying full-size. It was SO hard to choose.
The Discovery Kit the Discovery Kit itself costs $25, but this amount is credited back to you when you purchase a full-size 3.3oz/100ml bottle ($139). Love that for us.
2. The scents last, like, forever—clingy much?

A perfume that remains pleasant through to the end of the day and then some? Unheard of! Until I found the treasure that is n.144 aka Brightside. I know from the Discovery Kit’s trial-size perfumes that this is true of all Noteworthy scents, and I’m still impressed. It lasts on my skin and clothes through the night and lingers into the next day. Once I found my sig scent and started to wear it almost daily, it slowly morphed into an extension of my being, and now my friends and family associate this specific scent with me.
3. Everyone asks me what I’m wearing, but I want to gatekeep SOOO bad.

Ah, the influx of compliments is not good for the ego. My husband won’t stop smelling me and just about every chica I walk by turns to fling compliments my way. What I really want is to dodge the people who ask what scent I’m wearing and keep Noteworthy all to myself, but knowing they would be matched with their own perfect perfume (and not mine) makes me concede to spilling the details every time.
The worst part is how bad I have it for Noteworthy!
Have I officially stumbled upon the elixir of divine essence? Guys, clearly I have. It’s like a new crush—I can’t think of a single downside to the system Noteworthy has going on. The quiz is efficient and accurate, the Discovery Kit narrows down your four most likely matches (with the promise of more if none work out), and when you’ve found the scent you need in your life forever, you’ll find it lingers on your skin and clothes long-term.
The combination of the refreshing, cheerful n.144 itself and the rise in flattery has me at all-time high levels of feeling like my best, surest, brightest self. I can’t wait for you to find your new signature scent.
