Tinx Tried Fatty15, So Naturally I Had To As Well

You know you’ve entered “Tinx-land” when a 32-year-old millennial holding a mini microphone won’t stop popping up in your TikTok and Instagram feeds.

Influencer Christina Najjar, affectionately known as Tinx, has had 20-somethings hooked with her satirical “rich mom starter packs” and candid answers to “Ask Me Anything” (AMA) queries since 2020. The innovator behind “box theory” and “rich mom walks” always has her finger on the pulse of the Next Big Thing, so when she posted an Instagram story getting excited over fatty15, I had no choice but to drop everything and order it.

What’s all this hype around fatty15, an essential fatty acid pill that claims to restore cellular health?

Tinx was gifted fatty15 supplements by influencer pal Pia Baroncini, and has reported “loving them so far.” Initially, it may seem easy to write fatty15 off as a “Totally LA” product in line with $20 Erewhon smoothies and a $40 Himalayan pink salt bath soak from Goop, but fatty15 is 100% hype-worthy. (Fatty15 prices start at $49.95 for a 30-day supply).

For starters, fatty15 is novel: the star ingredient is C15:0, which is the first essential fatty acid to be discovered since omega-3 and omega-6 over 90 years ago. One of fatty15’s founders studied dolphin 🐬 health for 20 years, and noticed that C15:0 was one of the main players in slowing aging-related changes that lead to stroke, diabetes, and heart disease in humans.

C15:0 also activates special receptors throughout the brain and body known as PPARs (pronounced “pee-pars”). The benefits? Better-regulated mood, sleep, and appetite. Many fatty15 fans have even reported their blood work results looking better than ever.

Fatty15 is a Tinx-approved whole-health powerhouse

Studies have shown that fatty15 has over 3x more cellular benefits than omega-3s. What does C15:0 do to curb aging concerns? It protects our cells from breakdown over time, and repairs damage to them for improved resiliency. Better cell health leads to improved immune system, heart, liver, and metabolic health, but also glowy skin, thicker hair, and stronger nails.

Tinx is usually seen fueling up with something delicious yet healthy (with a side of hot sauce dressing, of course), so fatty15’s vegan formula is definitely influencer-approved. Whole fat milk and butter contain trace-amounts of C15:0, but fatty15 offers a more easily-absorbed form, without the cows or calories. Check and check.

Fatty15 is vegan, it’s easy to take, and it’s sustainable

To that point, fatty15 is all the good things. The powerful C15:0 is delivered in a tiny, vegan capsule that you take just once per day–Tinx prefers to take them in the morning with her coffee. Fatty15 is pure C15:0 powder, with no preservatives, fillers, or animal byproducts, and also works great dissolved into a smoothie or hot drink.

We all know Tinx is the queen of toting her ESWB (Emotional Support Water Bottle) around, and she’s outspoken about cutting down on waste. So, it’s only natural she’d be a fan of fatty15’s sustainable packaging. Each kit comes with a 90-day supply of vegan capsules and a refillable glass bottle. The packaging is recyclable, and I also like that the capsules are available on a quarterly subscription plan to cut down on carbon emissions.

It’s official: I’ve been influenced (but seriously, fatty15 is the real deal)

All Tinx references aside, I’ve seen some genuine improvements after taking fatty15. I’m sleeping better and feel calmer throughout the day, and I’m excited to see more changes as I continue to take it.

Someday, I’ll do it the Tinx way: cold plunge, coffee, fatty15, repeat. But for now, I’ll just keep popping my fatty15 pills as part of my normal routine and living my best life. Tinx would approve!
