I’m A New Mom – Here’s What’s On My Holiday Wish List

The holidays are right around the corner, and honestly, if anyone needs a good gift, it’s ME! After weeks of sleepless nights, swollen ankles, and an achy body, I think I deserve it! Here are a few things on my list.

The Chair - The gift that keeps on giving

The Chair from Lalo is first on my list. The high chair converts into a booster seat and a play chair, effectively making 3 chairs in 1! The Chair can grow with your baby as they develop, and is built to last with non-toxic materials and super easy-to-clean smooth surfaces. Not to mention, The Chair is super sleek and minimalist, and totally blends into the aesthetic of my home. Trust me, I know how baby things can overrun a new parent’s home. The Chair will keep my home stylish and last me through this baby (and maybe a few more 😉 ).

The First Bites Starter Kit - The gift of a clean home

You’ll know it’s mealtime in my house when you see pureed squash splatter on the ceiling, marinara sauce halfway down the hall, and a dog sneaking around to see what baby food leftovers he can forage. The Lalo First Bites Starter Kit is my dream feeding accessory. Made with FDA-approved non-toxic, BPA-free, food-grade silicone, the best part of this adorable set is that it's also dishwasher safe. The Suction Bowl that secure steadily to hard surfaces is heaven-sent – if your kid is a thrower like mine, you know the struggle.

The Play Kit - The gift of a few minutes of quiet

The craziness of motherhood is no joke and it can be hard to find pockets of time in the day to chill out. That’s why I would love the Lalo Play Kit, which comes with one Play Table and two Play Chairs. The Play Kit is outfitted to keep your little one entertained so you can maximize your YOU time. This set helps your little one build early independence by giving them their own space to play and create, and has smooth surfaces that are easy to wipe down even after the messiest crafts (no cracks or grooves for glitter to get stuck in), therefore giving me a lot less hands-on work and a lot more feet-up time. You can also get the Lalo Giant Coloring Sheets that are large enough to spread out over the surface of the Play Table so that your little one can create freely. With the Play Chairs that can hold up to 200 lbs, I can sit comfortably with my little one and disappear into some coloring too.

Santa…please! lalo

Even if I’m not on the nice list this year, I think Santa can make an exception for me. I’m not asking for a lot! These Lalo items are a must-have as I embark on motherhood.
