My daughter lives on chicken nuggets and goldfish crackers. If anything green shows up? It’s game over. I used to brush off her picky eating… until the small things started adding up.
Skipped meals. Random complaints about tummy aches. Energy dips at preschool that didn’t quite make sense. We’d tried Hiya Kids for a while, until my picky toddler wouldn’t stop complaining about the chalky taste and gritty texture.
But the more I looked into it, the more I wondered if Hiya Kids was really even enough to begin with.
That’s what led me to try Beam Kids. And honestly, I didn’t expect it to feel this different.
Here’s How They Stack Up

The Final Verdict: Why Beam Is My Go-To Moving Forward
Hiya isn’t a bad option: it’s simple, convenient, and checks the basic boxes. But when you’re already fighting the daily veggie battle, “good enough” doesn’t always cut it.
Beam feels like it’s doing more. It covers more areas of daily wellness, fills in more of the gaps picky eating creates, and (just as importantly) doesn’t turn into another taste struggle at the table. Plus, my little girl LOVES their new strawberry flavor!
At the end of the day, the only vitamin that works is the one your kid will actually take without a fight. For us, that ended up being Beam.
It’s more complete, easier to stick with, and fits into our routine without becoming another food battle. I can’t recommend it more, and, if your kid is anything like mine, they’ll never guess it’s filled with so much goodness. They’ll just keep asking for their strawberry milk!
