I am not happy about the shipping process. I understand that they charge upfront. I was charged August 9 and sept 13. I have not received any boxes or even a shipping confirmation. I am still waiting on two boxes and I have gone ahead and canceled. The whole point is to get a monthly box. There really needs to be some changes in process.

This was our first box...I understood about it being a new process, but we are now 10 days past original shipment date and no response from the company with repeated attempts to connect with them. If getting a box is this difficult, I can only imagine how hard it is going to be to cancel.

This service is absolutely horrible! They do not respond to email when you have a problem and there is no phone number listed. I feel at this point this is one big scam! They constantly issue fake tracking numbers making you think your monthly box is on the way but they tracking numbers never get activated. If anyone knows a way other than email to contact this company I would love to know. I can't even report them to the better business bureau as there is no information even about their address. They have false information on their website which says their boxes are shipped the 10th of every month and you receive your box within a few days. Even in the past when I received my box it was never that early in the month. I have emails where they generated fake tracking numbers around the 20th of the month. Meanwhile I have a daughter asking me everyday if I have heard anything about her eggdrop box. What an awful company to do business with and they make you pay for your subscription up front. Now I know why! A huge scam! These owners should be ashamed.

We are still waiting on our box. We have had nothing but problems with you guys for the last two months. I wrote a comment a month ago and another customer was also having issues and low and behold our comments were removed. We will be canceling our subscription.
