OwlCrate YA Book Box Review + Coupon – March 2021

This was another great curation from OwlCrate this month! I really, really enjoyed the book this month and couldn’t put it down, plus I just love how beautiful it is with the stunning exclusive cover we received. My favorite items this month are the zippered pouch and the hairbrush, and I’m really looking forward to using those bath salts! The book tin is really cool, but I’m still trying to decide where and how I’ll use it! This box felt like another very special curation with all of the exclusively designed items and it’s always amazing to see all of the talent from the vendors they use! This box recently increased in price to $32.99 which makes it $41.98 total with the $8.99 shipping. Considering our book costs $18.99, that leaves $22.99 for all of our exclusive goodies, which I think is worth it. Honestly, I enjoyed the book so much that it would be hard for me not to find the value in this month’s curation!

I cannot say enough about the aesthetics of this month’s OwlCrate box! From that hauntingly beautiful book cover to the magical lunar calendar, and of course that gorgeous bookmark, it is always so amazing to see how much talent they can fit into one little box! Our theme this month was such a fun one and the book was such a unique read. While I really loved everything in this box, that letterboard was just top-notch! This box is one that I look forward to each month because you can see just how much love and effort they put into the curation from the incredible artists they work with to the quality of the items they include. It is certainly an experience every time I open the box and there is so much value in all these exclusive designs!

So I originally subscribed to this box as a one-time thing to see how it is, and every month I keep renewing! Its one of my favorite subscriptions. The books are never something I would have picked out to buy if I was browsing a book store, but so far I've really enjoyed reading them, which is nice. The book goodies are... varied. Anything from necklaces to candles to tea to erasers etc. I personally enjoyed the huge tin of tea we got, but some of the items/ goodies are just sitting in a box waiting to be used (if ever). But despite that, I really do love this subscription!

I recieved my first owl crate and LOVED it. Such amazing curation and so many fun extras. The book was great, nothing I would have chosen myself but I ended up devouring it in just a few hours! I'd recommend this box to anyone

I was underwhelmed by the first box I got, but liked it enough to give it a shot for a second month, and was still underwhelmed, so I cancelled. The curation is a little disorganized; they go for a certain 'theme' every month, but I think they really have trouble making it cohesive. Some of it is frustrating because they give good products -- like a full size tin of tea -- that I simply don't want (and I'd have no way to predict that a full size tin of tea would be sent in a fairy-tale-themed box). On the other hand, there's been at least one additional item (besides the novel) that I've REALLY liked every month -- just not enough to justify the price for me.

I just received my first OwlCrate and I was blown away by the items included. It is definitely worth the price and a very fun package to receive. I subscribe to every book-related subscription I can find and this one is my favorite!

I agree completely. It seems like their equation is one huge value item, then a bunch of fillers. I feel like I got distracted at Target. I was disappointed because I REALLY liked popsugar, but have gifted almost everything. If you don't like the prime feature item, you are screwed. Did love the Kendra Scott earrings; those were on time. ;) I plan to keep until Christmas and use for holiday gifts and if I still don't love by then, will cancel. Still cheaper than regular shopping and we do exchanges where I have the girls. Easy breeze. Couldn't justify for myself.
