BloomsyBox vs. Farmgirl Flowers: Battle of the Fresh Blooms

As an interior designer, one of the best (and easiest!) ways to breathe life into any space is with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. But I don’t normally have the time to curate an arrangement, so I started shopping around for a flower delivery service that would take the work out for me!

Both BloomsyBox and Farmgirl Flowers stood out to me for their beautiful, fresh bouquets, fast delivery, and great reviews, but only one got my seal of approval in the end….

If You’re Looking To Customize Your Flower Subscription… BloomsyBox 💐

BloomsyBox allows you to customize the cadence of your deliveries and the size of your bouquets, which makes all the difference in my line of work. Some homes call for big, blooming bouquets, whereas other homes require smaller, sophisticated flowers–the options are endless, and the timing of when I need them always changes.

BloomsyBox offers both monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly plans ranging from $44.99-$69.99, and they even offer tropical subscriptions, plant subscriptions, pet-safe blooms, and even just rose or eucalyptus options. 🌿

While Farmgirl Flowers will deliver fresh flowers to you, they do not have the same level of customization, nor a subscription available.

If You Want High-Quality Flowers Delivered At a Reasonable Price… BloomsyBox

Buying flowers is a luxury that might not fit into everyone’s budget, but BloomsyBox has an amazing price that I could justify. Bloomsybox’s most expensive subscription option is $69.99 for approximately 30 stems, whereas Farmgirl costs up to $129 for 45 stems.

Here’s the kicker: despite the more competitive price from BloomsyBox, the level of quality is 100% there, and you can’t even tell they would cost less! In fact, my BloomsyBox flowers were still vibrant and crisp even after 14 days, whereas my Farmgirl Flowers wilted much quicker.

If You Want A Larger Bouquet and a “Farmhouse” Aesthetic… Farmgirl Flowers

Farmgirl Flowers are wrapped in burlap sacks, which instantly give them that shabby chic vibe. The “farmhouse” trend might not be everyone’s style, though, and I find that BloomsyBox has way more options that cater to everyone’s tastes.

Farmgirl’s biggest bouquet option (45 stems), makes for a grander bouquet, but personally, I didn’t notice a huge difference in the size of the bouquets and for the money, BloomsyBox is the better value.

If You Want to Buy From A Company Committed To Sustainability… BloomsyBox

It’s hard not to think about the environment when you are purchasing flowers! BloomsyBox primarily sources their flowers from Rainforest Alliance-certified farms which is not only good for the planet, but also ensures there are fair working conditions. I can tell there’s so much care given to BloomsyBox flowers, which translates to gorgeous, long-lasting blooms. 🌻

My Final Rose Goes To… BloomsyBox 🌹

It was a thorny battle, but I decided BloomsyBox was the winner for me! BloomsyBox flowers put a smile on my face when they show up at my door, and they look beautiful in every home I design. Take this as your sign–you can never have too many flowers, and I recommend BloomsyBox!
