As someone who prioritizes wellness, clean nutrition, and products that genuinely support my health, I’ve tried my fair share of supplements. I had seen on TikTok that colostrum is a great supplement for immunity, gut health, and recovery, so I wanted to do my research on the best one on the market.

Two brands that I looked into were Beam Colostrum and ARMRA Colostrum. After testing both, I had to share my full thoughts and opinions, and there’s one that’s definitely a clear winner.

The one with better sourcing and transparency… Beam

When it comes to colostrum, quality matters. Beam Colostrum stands out because it’s sourced from grass-fed cows and third-party tested for purity. This means you’re getting a clean, high-quality product free from fillers, gums, or artificial flavorings. ARMRA Colostrum is less transparent about sourcing, and with only 1g of colostrum per serving, it simply doesn’t deliver as much nutritional value.

The one that packs more nutrients per scoop… Beam

Beam delivers 3g of bioavailable colostrum per serving, three times the amount in ARMRA. This higher serving provides more immunoglobulins, growth factors, and antioxidants - the nutrients that make colostrum so effective for immunity, gut health, and recovery. ARMRA’s smaller serving might help with basic support, but it can’t match the potency of Beam Colostrum.

The one that is more cost effective…Beam

Even more, you only need 1 scoop of Beam Colostrum per day to reap the benefits, which comes out to about $1 per 3g scoop. ARMRA, on the other hand, recommends you take 4 scoops per day, which ends up costing over $3 per day. Safe to say, my wallet prefers Beam.

The one that speeds up recovery… Beam

As someone who stays active and prioritizes recovery, I pay close attention to how supplements support muscle repair and performance. Beam Colostrum’s rich growth factors help accelerate recovery after workouts. I personally felt less post-workout soreness when I incorporated Beam into my regimen. ARMRA’s lower colostrum content didn’t give me the same noticeable results.

The one with more flavor options… ARMRA

While Beam comes in Unflavored and Raspberry Lemon, ARMRA offers a wider variety of flavors, including Blood Orange, Peach Persimmon, and more. If you love experimenting with flavors or want a tasty twist on your supplement routine, ARMRA earns a win here. I personally love mixing unflavored Beam into my smoothies in the morning!

Overall verdict

Beam Colostrum is the clear winner for most categories: sourcing, nutrient content, gut support, and recovery. ARMRA earns a single win for flavor variety, but when it comes to overall wellness benefits, Beam delivers a higher-quality, more effective, and cleaner product that fits seamlessly into a daily routine.

For anyone curious about colostrum, I highly recommend Beam. Its nutrient-rich formula, thoughtful sourcing, and clean ingredients make it the one I reach for every day to keep my wellness routine on track.
