You Matter!® Box Reviews

The You Matter!® Box was created by a practicing school counselor as an avenue to promote positive thinking, positive self-esteem, and decrease anxiety and depression. After many meetings with students, it was found that they are anxious, depressed, lacking self-confidence, and some are even thinking of harming themselves or having thoughts of suicide. The You Matter!® Box includes items to encourage and uplift. There are 4-6 items along with a therapeutic activity in each box. The box is geared toward ages 10-22, but can be useful to all ages. You are important. You are loved. You matter!
