I live alone (with my 4 dogs) and waste so much food when I do traditional grocery shopping. I also HATE to cook. I don't get home from work until around 6 and have no energy left for preparing meals and then waiting for them to bake/cook, etc. I LOVE Tovala. The meals are just the right size for me -- I'm never hungry and it's helped to control overeating for me. I highly recommend.
