I bought this box because I was interested in trying these products. I love snacking (in moderation) and it was great to be able to do so guilt-free. I can see why the Low FODMAP box is so popular because I honestly had a hard time choosing a favorite. I even shared these items with my friends and family who equally loved it.

I struggle with IBS and this box has been really great at keeping my FODMAPS low while still snacking deliciously. No stomach pain here, happy girl!

I'm fairly new to the low FODMAP diet and I've kind of been having a hard time finding snacks to bring to work so this is my new go to, especially the good chocolate! Also, it arrived so fast, I was very impressed.

I wanted to try some new snack brands out and this box was perfect! The lily seeds were definitely my favorite, so light and airy. It's almost like popcorn but so much healthier. Will be purchasing more from tastermonial.

I bought this cause all products are kind with my gut and I have to say I still don't know which one is my favorite, all the products are sooo good! The combination of products is perfect for creating awesome breakfast bowls and a few on-the-go snacks that were super helpful to me.
