People, stop and think about it. This subscription saved my life, lol. Since I've been subscribed my marriage has changed, I'm more open to my husband and he is more open to me as well. It's not only our sexual life that changed but also our emotions and thoughts are more focused to each other. I had a problem before with the other boyfriends before my husband. Most of man would watch sex movies and not mind their girls or wives, but trust me, if you ever have problems like this, this subscription would solve all of it. :)

I can't believe some haters say ugly stuff about my favorite subscription. If you are not sure what you want please don't say lies about something that's not true. I mean I tried a bunch of other subscriptions and I must say I haven't had a better experience with any of those compared with Spicy Subscription. One Word: Greatness!!!

Wow, this is the best service for helping couples spice their experience. :) Hihi. I've just had an awesome time trying out the products and I must say this: I Will Continue Using it till I die. :) Each month the box gets more fun and it surprises me that the shipment is fast compared to other subscriptions. Ok, so I loved loved the 1st box I got. Now, I am waiting on my 4 month subscription. It says it will be delivered with The Spice Box - 4 Months). Your first Spice Box will be delivered within the first 10 - 15 days of February 2015. Ok so unlike other ladies I have had no bad experiences only really fun toys and lubes in the box. If you like your sexy box to be a little edgier, this is the box for you. I think this and the fantasy box are a perfect combo. The toys are great! So, I really am sad to see so many had issues because - it is my add on to the fantasy box :)

HORRIBLE company!!! The customer service is terrible. The items have gotten less and less over time. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET MY LAST PACKAGE!!! Do not ever get this subscription!!!!!!!

don't waste your time or money with this company. they do bad business and rip you off. if you use a promo code they only send you one item and they only send the real boxes to the people that will do youtube video reviews and bloggers to make themselves out to seem like a legit business. just check the BBB website on this company and see for yourself!

Most incompetent customer service ever. There's a Black Friday promotion listed on their site that's been advertised since yesterday, so I applied it to my order when I signed up for a subscription with this shady company. After I placed the order, I noticed that the code hadn't been applied, so I emailed customer service about it. I also asked one or two other questions in the email as well. Judging by their response, which was two sentences long, it was very clear they hadn't even read my email or the questions I'd asked, as they asked me to forward them the email that I'd received the promo code from, as they claimed the promo code was not in their database. What?? This was after I clearly stated to them that I got the promo code from the HOME PAGE of their website! In my response, I told them their email made no sense and wasn't applicable to what I'd asked. When they responded, they AGAIN asked asked me to forward this non-existent email with a promo code in it to them. In addition, they tried telling me that they were unable to find the promo code I was referring to on their website. Umm... did you actually try LOOKING on your WEBSITE to see what promo code I was referring to? Or are you just answering without actually looking or doing any sort of work whatsoever? In my response to them, I included a screenshot of their wepbpage, which clearly shows the advertised promo code that I was referring to. I still haven't heard back from them, but it doesn't matter anyways. I've cancelled my account and my order with this company.

Do not let this creepy company have your financial information. They are disorganized and technologically illiterate at best, but I'm leaning toward dishonest and disreputable. I ordered a four month subscription, thinking it was just that -- a four month subscription. It auto renews, and before your four months are up. When I saw the charges, they hadn't sent out the shipment, so I sent them a nice message telling them I did not realize it renewed. Since the shipment wasn't going out for a week, I wanted to cancel the shipment and have my card refunded the $116. They refused, saying that there are FAQs all over their website stating the terms of agreement, which state that the policy is auto renewing. Really? Honestly, I can't remember when I signed up if there was fine-print that I should have read. If so, it wasn't obvious to me. I do have their welcome email, though, that says nothing about auto-renewal terms, and although it does have a FAQ link, it's not something I would click unless I was having a problem. Their emails have no other links for logging in and managing your account. If you click "update preferences" it lets you change your email address/username (nothing else) and then links you to some lipstick subscription website. I had to do an internet search to find a customer service email address (the email address for customer service in their "welcome" email bounced, and I couldn't find a phone number). Finally after a couple of exchanges (averaging two days response time after getting my emails), I gave up after receiving "We understand where you're coming from, again I'd like to apologize for the auto-renewal charge and our unfortunate policy. Spicy Team" So I'm stuck with another four months of stinky aphrodesiacs, cheap toys, and body glitter. Can't wait.

I just received my first box. Like the other responders here, I was really disappointed. I received the Asylum patient restraint kit, which was really kind of creepy. Especially since it was the only product I received. The "box" did not arrive in a box but came in an unsealed mailer. I have emailed the company, but have received no response. I am hoping for a better experience next month.

I've had such an amazing experience with this company. The lotions and oils have helped me a lot since I had some skin irritations from young age. I would suggest anyone who has same problems to check the products since you won't make a mistake. My favorite product so far has been Boudoir body Pheromone Oil. I have beautiful experience and I wish many success to this company and it's employees. Thanks a lot for helping me! :)
