Customers service is horrible. Received one box of the three we ordered. Reached out multiple times, but never any response.

Scam! I returned items and never rec'd a refund. Customer support will not answer multiple inquiries and there is no way to call.

Some beautiful products, but customer service is awful. They indicate that you can exchange and return, but they don't provide a mechanism to do that, you have email... And they don't reply to email. They also solicit reviews before you receive your box, which is annoying.

At first I was extremely pleased! The delivery was very exciting and I was looking forward to this being a regular occurrence. Challenge is, different brands fit differently so I submitted for an exchange. Again, easy process, but had to do another exchange. At that point I was ghosted. I paid for a product I never received and never heard back from customer service. I was holding off on my review until the process was complete, but it looks like this is the conclusion I’m getting. I also intended to send this info directly with them since they sent me a link to review, but the link was bad! Wish it would have turned out differently because I did like their products.

The first time they charged me I never rec'd anything and had to request a charge back from my credit card company, then they charged me again for another box (I didn't think to cancel so my fault) and about 2 months after they charged my card I got a bra/panty set that I could have picked up at Marshalls or TJ Max. So don't bother. Not worth it and very poor customer service.
