What I love most about this subscription is that they give you a list of books to choose from and if you don't like any you can skip for that month and your credit rolls over. I do wish that they had the YA BOTM still, but at least they do include one every couple of months or so.

Ordering was easy, I was able to see popular picks and choose from more than just the most recent month's books for my first book. Finding something that looked interesting to me was easy and it shipped and arrived quickly within a couple days!

I've been subscribed to BOTM for 9 months and absolutely love it- so much that I went from a $5 one-month starter, to a 3-month subscription, to a year long sub. I've only had one book that I just couldn't stand (and that's bound to happen no matter where I buy books from) and I've always been able to find a book from the selection of 5 that I'm interested in (my dud was an add-on from a previous month). I almost always add the 2 extra books for $9.99 each and the shipping is so fast I usually have my books the first week of the month. It's a fantastic value and I will definitely continue with this box after my subscription is over. Also - great to give as a gift!

Love this subscription. I've always been more into reading than outdoor activities and this is such an excellent subscription. You chose from 5 titles each month and it comes right to your door. Shipping is fast and I'm excited to see what next month's titles are!

I signed up for the 3 month subscription at a discount, and want to note how wonderful the customer service has been! My credit card information changed, and they emailed me, asking me what I would like to do (I had requested a couple extra books), and had very quick response times. On top of that, I called the customer service number to ask them about how to cancel, since I found no option online. The guy on the phone was super helpful and had it taken care of in like 1 minute! And the books are great value!

Was given a gift subscription and after several phone calls i ordered my first book it was not shipped because they didn’t have my credit card number to charge it i have written several times with no response. The gift giver is now trying to get her money back, also a major feat she is not winning. Buyer Beware Gifts are not recognized!

I received a 6 month subscription as a gift. I passed on one month's book but then BOTM expired my subscription and I am not able to replace the month I skipped with a new book. I did not receive a warning that they were about to do this and when I emailed them, I received no response.

I SO MUCH wanted to love this. My son gifted me a subscription. I had one book left on it, and without warning, BOTM "expired" my subscription, essentially taking my last book from me. I was heartbroken, especially since my son is in grad school, and this gift to me had cost him a significant bit of his budget. If I'd been warned by BOTM, I would have quickly used my last credit. Simply taking it away without any communication whatsoever was NOT okay. I even emailed BOTM customer service to ask about this occurrence and to see if they could make it right, and BOTM simply didn't bother to answer my email.

They make you cancel Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm by phone only. Are we in the 90's? Emailed them and they replied....just to say I need to call them. Those are the hours I work. I need to call on my lunch break to cancel a subscription? Ridiculous.
