"Great success slowly and steadily"

I have slowly and consistently lost over 50 pounds using BistroMD food and a few fresh additions as snacks. I chose the 3 meals, 7 days NO snack option. I did not personally care for their snacks and was wasting money buying them and having them shipped with my meals. ( Their homemade cheesecake was good though )
There are almost endless options on this weight loss or just healthy eating plan. They introcuded around 10 new meatless meals in the past month, and I love a few of them. I do not like the ones with tofu, but this is a personal choice as I do not like tofu.
There are enough meatless meals for a vegetarian to do very well mixing in the old and the new meatless options, I believe.
My menu is prepared by the dietary staff using my preferences list.
I have very lucious breakfasts that I would be very happy to see on a menu in Paris ( 3 types of creoes' for example and a large frittata menu selection, I am proof this plan WORKS !! LOVE BistroMD
