I am a husband of 21 years, and father to a 16 year old son. I am a retired Undercover Law Enforcement Detective and Medal of Valor recipient. I enjoy working out (CrossFit mostly), everything to do with the water, hiking, cooking (especially outdoor cooking and smoking meat). I also love football, coaching, and playing any sport! My best friend is Piper, my tri-colored Shiba Inu.
