My name is Gwen! I'm a millennial mom with a two young kids and two french bulldogs (who are father and son). My family and I live outside of Philadelphia. I love interior design, fitness, cooking, and doing anything in nature. 

During the week, I'm the Head of Growth at Paragon Fitwear, so have a deep understanding of performance creative. On the weekends, I love to discover new trails at nearby mountains, find the freshest offering at farmer's markets, tend to my garden or sweat it out in a yoga class.
