5 Small-But-Mighty Health Habits You Should Adopt in 2024

My New Year’s resolutions are always the same: adopt healthier, more sustainable habits. And every year, I get a little bit lazy and miss the mark (who can relate?). Ever since I had kids, though, I’m a lot more conscious about the products I purchase and what sorts of chemicals I might be bringing home.

So, I’ve made a promise to myself to actually commit this year. Want to join me? Here are 5 small changes to make this year:

1. Leave toxic chemicals behind

Traditional cleaning supplies can have some pretty scary ingredients–think dyes, preservatives, fragrances, bleaches, phthalates, and other potential toxic hazmats.

My mother-in-law recommended Force of Nature, an appliance that uses an electric current to convert salt, water, and vinegar into a multipurpose, toxin-free cleaning agent. Now, I know what you’re thinking–that can’t possibly be effective.

I was skeptical, too, but it cleans EVERYTHING so well. It kills 99.9% of germs (yes, really), and it’s an EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectant (!) so you know it’s good.

It’s been independently tested to work as well as:

- Febreze on odors 🌸
- Windex on glass ✨
- Formula 409 on grease 🧼

It has a fresh, clean scent and doesn’t leave any harmful residue behind, which is such a relief with kids around. Now, I don’t have to worry about what chemicals my kids and I are touching and inhaling.

2. Cut down on single-use plastics

Every cleaning product we buy from the store is a single-use plastic! It doesn’t feel good to buy and throw away, but luckily, it’s easy to cut down on plastic with Force of Nature.

Their bundles come with the Electrolyzer Appliance, capsules, and a reusable spray bottle. Simply fill the appliance with tap water, squeeze in the capsule, push the button, and pour into the spray bottle when it’s ready. Force of Nature is also Carbon Neutral, Green Seal and Leaping Bunny certified, so they walk the walk, too.

3. Save money

Force of Nature is a multipurpose cleaner, so it’s really the only cleaner you need. Instead of buying a different cleaner for every room in your house, you can get a year’s supply for just $78 with their 40% off bundles deal. I spend more than $78 on just one trip to Target!

Force of Nature’s ongoing cost is around 10¢ per oz. (8¢ for subscribers), which is up to 80% cheaper per ounce when compared to grocery store brands. Capsule refills go for about $1, and they even offer a 30-day risk-free trial with a money back guarantee.

4. Declutter spaces

I normally wait for spring to hit before I start cleaning, but not this year. Force of Nature frees up precious counter and cabinet space because it’s just one multipurpose cleaner. I repeat: you can ditch all of your half-empty cleaning supplies. Bye, clutter!

5. Have some fun!

Who knew cleaning could be fun? Force of Nature is a fun science experiment that even my kids love to watch. The electrolyzer appliance blends the water, salt, and vinegar together, creating a little “tornado” in the process.

It’s a great opportunity to get some learning in by teaching them the science behind Force of Nature!

Force of Nature is the ticket to living sustainably this year

Force of Nature isn’t just a cleaner; it's a lifestyle shift. It’s not just about sparkling clean surfaces–It’s about embracing a greener, healthier, and more sustainable way of life. Take this as your sign: use code START40 to get 40% off bundles, plus free shipping!
