Disclaimer: This toilet paper won’t make your bathroom less haunted, but it will make it so much cuter…
I don’t play about October. And I especially don’t play around about my Halloween decorations.
I’m talking about Halloween candy. Pumpkin carving. Skeletons and spiderwebs. Buying decorations I probably do not need.
But, toilet paper? That was not on the list.
Except Who Gives A Crap made a Spooky Edition of its toilet paper, and somehow I now care which Halloween character is sitting next to my toilet.
The limited-edition rolls come wrapped as vampires, Frankenstein, jack-o'-lanterns, skeletons, and mummies.
It is ridiculous. It is probably unnecessary. Unfortunately, I need it.

So, in the spirit of extremely serious bathroom journalism, here are five reasons these rolls deserve the hype.
1. My Toilet Paper Is Somehow Halloween Decor Now
Normally, extra toilet paper gets hidden.
Closet. Cabinet. Basket.
The Spooky Edition? I actually want people to see it.
Each roll comes wrapped in recyclable paper featuring one of five Halloween characters: a vampire, Frankenstein, jack-o'-lantern, skeleton, or mummy. Suddenly, the boring stack of TP is part of the Halloween decor.
Some people are freaking out about costumes and which Halloween party to go to. And hey, I care about costumes as much as the next person…but I’m also obsessed with this mummy wrapped toilet paper roll.

Necessary? Absolutely not.
But we stopped making practical decisions the minute spooky season started.
2. Wait... The Toilet Paper Underneath Is Actually Good
Cute packaging means very little if the toilet paper underneath cannot perform its one extremely important job.
Thankfully, Who Gives A Crap didn’t sacrifice the actual product for the bit.
The Spooky Edition is still soft, 3-ply, and made from 100% bamboo.
Who Gives A Crap also makes its toilet paper free from inks, dyes, and scents, so what touches you is as clean as what you're avoiding.
3. The Silly Toilet Paper Has a Surprisingly Serious Mission
This is where Who Gives A Crap gets significantly more serious than its name.
The company gives 50% of profits toward clean water and sanitation projects worldwide, so every purchase does double duty.
The company was founded by three people who crowdfunded the business by literally sitting on a toilet until they reached their goal. The brand has since given tens of millions toward global sanitation access.
The Halloween wrapper changes.
The core promise doesn’t.

4. Unfortunately, the Spooky Rolls Won’t Be Here Forever
Here’s the scary part.
The Spooky Edition is a limited-time, limited-run product available while stocks last.
Which means you cannot spend the next three months debating whether your bathroom deserves a skeleton roll.
Halloween waits for no one.
Neither does limited-edition toilet paper, apparently.
5. Changing the Roll Comes With a Tiny Halloween Surprise
Last but not least, there’s a “which face did I get?” moment every time you grab another roll.
Vampire?
Skeleton?
Jack-o'-lantern?
Suddenly replacing the toilet paper isn’t just another chore everyone in the house pretends they didn’t notice.

The suspense is the best part…
My Extremely Scientific Spooky Edition Verdict
Would I recommend Who Gives A Crap’s Spooky Edition?
Yes.
You get soft, 3-ply toilet paper made from 100% bamboo, plastic-free packaging wrapped in recyclable paper and shipped carbon neutral, plus a purchase that supports Who Gives A Crap’s commitment to giving 50% of profits toward clean water and sanitation projects worldwide.
You just happen to get vampires, mummies, skeletons, Frankenstein, and jack-o'-lanterns along with it.
I did not expect toilet paper to become part of my Halloween decorating strategy.
But apparently October changes people.
And because the Spooky Edition is only available for a limited time and while stocks last, I wouldn’t wait until October 31 to stock up.
