When do the base boxes ship? I subscribed on Sept 1 month to month. This will be my 1st box. I selected mainly skincare in my profile so I hope I don’t get a lot of makeup lol. Also do they not show what’s in your box? When I go to my account it shows all the Sept items and there is a review button under each one. Like with ipsy they show what you’re getting in your specific bag.

Wish there would be photos instead of a list. I prefer to see the products rather than reading it 😅

I knew that it was going to be a matter of time, before BoxyCharm charged the extra fees, since Ipsy was doing it.
I cancelled with Ipsy because of this.,my regular Glam bag would of been over $15.00 with tax. I am not paying that much for Deluxe Size Samples and brands that i have never heard of, or can get at Wal-Mart(Not saying there’s anything wrong with shopping at these stores) or the dollar store!!!

Prices went up not even six months ago! I keep getting skincare in every box if prices are going up let’s send out a new questionnaire that tailors the custom box to more of what that consumer is wanting… to much skincare

Gigi

I have the opposite problem. I tailored my profile to say that I specifically want skincare, and they keep sending me makeup items mostly.

Well if your going up on whatever you call it…at least give us expensive products..

So now it’s $30?? Yikes

Also just say it’s $30, price increases are rough but adding on random extra fees is even rougher.
