It’s interesting that so many folks haven’t seen, or heard, of a product tube depression device (‘key’). This little gadget has been available for a LONG time. I’m over 60, and I’ve used them most of my life.

I LOVE THIS BOX!! I liked everything in it. The fragrances are wonderful. The designs are beautiful. Yay!

This was my first box and I loved every bit of it. Some of the lighter, flowery scents I thought might not be for me, but I enjoy them very much! The perfume has become my first choice fragrance ever since it arrived!

I received my box yesterday and everything in it is amazing! I have never seen a handcreme key! It’s incredible, I can see myself using it all the time. I used the body butter this morning and mixed it with the dry body oil since I read somewhere on their site that it helps with dry skin! I feel so pampered with this box! It’s my indulgence and I love it. Great box! Seems they had some issues with shipping but in this day an age with all the delays, it didn’t bother me that it was a few days behind schedule. It sure was worth the wait. Still my most favorite box!

This is my first box. All items are pretty but none of the fragrances really work for me. Which is weird because I like so many different types of perfumes. I can’t really gift any of it either because my friends have similar tastes to mine. Oh well.

Nan

Just seems like they’ve really been dropping the ball lately.

Fedex has become very unreliable, too.

I thought I had cancelled after last box but I had not (you have to email to cancel). I didn’t look at spoilers as I wanted to be surprised. I also did not look at the description card upon opening the box. With the exception of the perfume and the shower gel I will use everything else. I thought the box was missing something and then I saw another wrapper at the bottom. It was the hand cream key. I was thrilled. It has a nice weight to it and is very pretty. I then discovered the 2 cards under that and was very happy I had not cancelled for this box. I have the dry oil on one arm and then body cream on the other arm and I smell good. 🙂

My only complaint is that the hand cream is sealed and you have to poke something in it to unseal it. Normally the cap has a point to poke through but it does not. Last box two of the hand creams has the same issue.

Like others I do miss the larger non-beauty items we received in the past. My favorite was the kimono. I think the key this time was a nice non-beauty item.

Did anyone just receive their Spring shipment just tossed in a cardboard box without the decorative box? That’s how mine came with no explanation. I’ve been a subscriber for over a year and never saw this. Not cool.

Reply ButtonReply

Sherri

Oh no Valerie, that stinks! I wonder if your box got damaged in transit and the shipper just threw the contents into a standard cardboard box to complete the delivery? I know that USPS will do that if they damage the packaging. Mine came via FedEx (in the usual decorative box with individually wrapped items carefully packed inside), but I don’t know if FedEx does that or even if all ME boxes are shipped FedEx.

AmyF

I would be so mad! The box is part of the whole experience.

SBR

This is my first box. Mine was in a pink cardboard box with everything individually wrapped in tissue paper and/or bubble wrap.

Carolyn

This box is beautiful. The products, the packaging, all top drawer.I really appreciate how this box is curated to include the useful with the fanciful. The hand cream key, genius!

AmyF

I love my box. The lip balm is big and feels nice on my lips. I hope we get another one next time.

Caligirl

This will be my 18th box. I still miss the special items like the apron hand towel. Still my favorite box.

Kristina

My shipping never showed any movement. My box just appeared.

I received my box over the weekend, I think it’s a great one. I love the perfume, it’s one of my favorite scents of ME. I’ve already been through a bottle of it, so I’m happy to have another. The body butter smells divine, and I love the lux glass tub is comes in. I LOVE their grapefruit and blood orange scent, so I’m thrilled with the dry oil.

We have now posted the full spoilers!

Caroline

I got an email saying my box was ready to be shipped and then a week later it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve already watched a spoiler video. Debating canceling. It’s not like it was a few years ago re content.

SBR

I finally got an update on my shipping-
Shipment exception
Barcode label unreadable and replaced
So, hopefully we will all see movement soon because I am wondering if this is an issue for many of us.

Nan

Thanks for the info.

Nan

They sent me an email 2 weeks ago saying mine shipped. The tracking says it has gone absolutely nowhere! Not even picked up yet! Customer service is useless. For nearly $70 this is absolutely not worth the trouble! They don’t seem to value customers at all.

This is my second and likely my last box.

Reply ButtonReply

Andes

Has anyone gotten a shipping alert? It’s the 12th and all I hear are crickets.

Reply ButtonReply

Kristina

Mine arrived yesterday. It was my first box.

Reply ButtonReply

Sherri

@Nan – there are 9 items in the box (I saw an unboxing elsewhere). They typically do not spoil the entire box, IIRC.
Also, just as an FYI, I got a FedEx notice yesterday (3/14) that my package had been picked up by them and was on its way. I believe this is a few days later than they said they would be shipping (I believe the original window was 3/7-10) but compared to delays with some other boxes I’ve experienced (like, months to a year!) I’m personally ok with a few days delay.
I’ve had to contact their CS in the past and have gotten excellent and fast resolution to my issues. I’m sorry you aren’t having the same experience.

SBR

Nan, this is my first box but the 5 spoilers total 134 so if the box is at least $200 as advertised then we should have more items.

Kristina, did your shipping notification show any movement or did the box just appear.

Nan

Were there any additional items other than these 5 spoilers? Their service is so bad. If there are only 5 items it’s totally not worth the price and the trouble.

Caroline

Is it great??

Kristine

I am experiencing the same, which lead me here…..just waiting. This is my first box. Hope its amazing!

Molly

I got a pre-shipping notice with tracking number on the 7th, and then a shipping notice on Thursday. The tracking number from the first email hasn’t updated, so I’m not sure what’s going on. I figured there was a storm Friday, but should be moving by now?

Reply ButtonReply

SBR

Same… no updates.

Jules

I got an email several days ago that my label was created, but nothing has happened since.

Reply ButtonReply

Katherine

Does anyone know when they charge for the box I got my first box fall 2021 and paid in advance since they sell out then in December 2021 I had to call to be charged for the box because i was not charged on the first of December like I though they would and then for this spring box I had to call again so I would be charged. I was under the impression that you get charged on the first then it ships about the 10th.

Reply ButtonReply

Sherri

I was charged on March 1. I also received an email a few days prior reminding me of the upcoming charge. Perhaps there is something off about your recurring charge set-up or whether your method of payment allows it?? Otherwise it seems you’ll need to contact CS to find out why you are not being auto-billed.

Lauren Virginia

I skipped the winter box, but I am now officially excited for the spring box! I loved the body butter that came with the fall box and am pumped to be receiving another. I have loved every ME candle I’ve ever received, and I am a lip balm addict. I have no use for the perfume, but it sounds like a popular item, so I’ll put it up for swap.

Reply ButtonReply

Nat

Interesting, these boxes usually sell out way in advance, however, this one is still available. I am kind of tempted.

Reply ButtonReply

SBR

Same! It’s usually sold old by the time that I am ready to sign up. I bought some clearance stuff after Christmas as a test to see if I liked her stuff. I do! I signed up after the perfume spoiler was released. I have been worried that I didn’t get a message that it’s sold out🤣

Reply ButtonReply

For anyone wanting more “darker” perfumes, I highly recommend Wicked Good Perfume subscription. It’s monthly and varies by theme. I have been subbed maybe 6 months now and have yet to be disappointed.

Reply ButtonReply

Carol

Their products have the nicest packaging. I don’t think I would subscribe because it seems pretty floral-heavy, but I do like looking at the spoilers and reviews!

Reply ButtonReply

Carrie

This box is a bit of a snooze for me. It would be maybe my third ME box and I feel like it’s already on repeats. I’m skippin’!

Reply ButtonReply

Shaylee

I emailed customer service and they said they would start my sub again and skip spring so that I don’t get charged until summer. Fingers crossed that goes smoothly.
