Ipsy Glam Bag Plus spoilers for February 2022 are here. These are sourced from Ipsy directly and match their site, so are your most accurate source for spoilers.

For our Glam Bag Plus Ipsters, your five full-size faves will arrive in a take-anywhere drawstring pouch—with an ultra soft pink microfiber construction and red hearts printed all over. We might be a little biased, but we think it also serves as the *perfect* inspo for a Valentine’s themed mani—and according to Wong, that actually was all part of the plan. “I love the creativity in beauty this time of year—bright red lipsticks, flirty pink eyeshadows, and heart-adorned nails—so the idea was to create a bag that was both inspired by and inspiration for your makeup creations.”

Plus, the reusable aspect of this roomy bag helps spread that love and inspiration to others. “Pop a gift inside, add some chocolate, and tuck a handwritten card in before pulling the drawstrings closed and tieing into a bow,” says Wong.

The full-sized version of the Ipsy Glam Bag, the Glam Bag Plus comes with five full-sized products every month, and you can add on up to 8 more items. We've got a look at the mix of products subscribers could get in February:

BYROE Fig Renewal Oil - MSRP $72.00

DITO MUSE - PERSEPHONE 12-Color Eyeshadow Palette - MSRP $29.99

IL MAKIAGE BLACK CARD - LIFT, CURL & LENGTHEN MASCARA IN BLACK - MSRP $25.00

This is the first time my box won’t be arriving during the month it was meant for, my shipping says I’ll get it March 1st! Bummer….but, I’ll have forgotten what I chose by then lol

I really love the Dito Muse Persephone12-Color Eye shadow Palette & the Byroe Fig Renewal Oil, those are the top two products I really hope to receive in my February 2022, Glam Bag Plus. I also like the Beauty Foy Real Eyeliners. The Terre De Mars Variance Eye Contour looks also very nice, I love eye creams also. The Clean Skin Club Vitamin C Brightening Booster sounds awesome to try too. I love boosters vith Vitamin C. All the skincare looks very awesome for February’s Plus Bag. That Dito Eyeshadow Palette is the number one beauty product that stands out to me and it wouldvbe so sweet to have it by Valentines Day. Thank You Ipsy for all the wonderful skincare and beautiful makeup you have chosen for us. I’m very excited for February’s Glam Bag Plus.

Those are the top 2 products I want, too.

I still enjoy the variety. While each month may not have 100% of products that I enjoy, I love looking forward to the special gems I am able to try at this great rate. I save the products I do. Not use and get to donate them to women’s charities or create fun bday gift baskets for my coworkers. It’s a win win for me!

I’m really sick of the endless palettes by endless off brand companies. The skincare is still worth it but it’s really sad over all. I forgot to cancel January and it was the worst selection almost I’ve ever had.

Ipsy was one of my first sub boxes and as much as I want to still love them, I’m just tired of seeing all these Alibaba and/or made in China brands.
Plus, they’re back to including DLS (Dirty Little Secret) brands. I wish they’d revamp but highly unlikely. Oh well… most people don’t care about this stuff.

You do realize a lot of big brands are made in China right? Anastasia Beverly hills, BH cosmetics, Becca, ELF, Huda and many others. Being made in China does not make a product “bad”.

Stephanie

Huda is made in Italy. They had one palette (the orange one) for a sub box that was made in China but that’s it. Anastasia BH is made in the US. I don’t use the others you mentioned. Dito and Nomad are made in China. Junk brands that are made for sub boxes usually are made in China. You won’t find proper brands selling made in China junk. This includes big brands.
If you happen upon a big brand made in China then the sub box likely licensed the name and had it made in China exclusively for their sub box. And yes, made in China is bad on so many levels.

If I want to get this February bag, by when do I need to sign up? How likely is it that these items would be available for me to choose? I really like 3 of these items and would sign up if I could get at least two of them for sure.

Melissa

Darn it, I meant I started Boxycharm, and maybe the items I want would show up in there. That’s what I get for trying to post at 1:00 A.M.

Alice

You’re welcome, Melissa! Choice should be available for you on February 2. I hope you get nice products for January!

Alice

You won’t be able to choose your first month of a new subscription.

Lu

I actually signed up for a second GBP 1 week before choice day for January bag and I was able to choose my products just fine 🙂

Arevik

You need to sign up in January to be charged by 31 Jan. 2 items for Glam Bag Plus are pre-selected and you choose the rest 3 from the offered options. If you don’t see them in your choice options, you can order separately, as far as I know and those additional products will be sent together with the bag. MIght be wrong on the last one, because I never did this)

Melissa

Thank you, Alice, Arevik, and Sherri for responding and helping me out! I appreciate it! 🙂 I took the gamble and signed up, and January will be my first month, and like Alice said, I couldn’t choose anything, but hopefully that means I will be able to choose something for February. I also recently started a Glossybox subscription, so maybe if I don’t get what I want from Ipsy, it will show up in my Glossybox eventually. LOL!

Sherri

Some – but not all – items are offered as add-ons. So unfortunately, there’s no guarantee that an item will be selected by Ipsy or offered as a choice item, and there’s no guarantee that it will be available as an add-on. So it’s a bit of a gamble.

I’ve also received the Clean Skin Club vitamin C product before please stop with the repeat products!!

Reply ButtonReply

Stacy

Not everyone receives the same products, so some people may not have gotten them before plus there’s always new subscribers signing up. You don’t get repeats in your bag and if you do contact Ipsy to have it fixed.

Jill

Right? I received the Kate Somerville in last month’s Glam Bag Plus!

Reply ButtonReply

Kat

Is it a serum?

Angela DeSilva

Too many repeats across Ipsy and Boxycharm!! I just got the Kate Somerville moisturizer and that Byro fig oil in Boxycharm in December! Y’all know we get boxy and Ipsy so why overlap products creating numerous repeat products?! This is unacceptable and will cause me to cancel if it continues.

Melissa

The people at My Subscription Addiction have no control over what Ipsy and Boxycharm send, and I don’t think anyone from Ipsy/Boxycharm reads this forum, so no one who can help you will see your comments.

Plus if I were working for MSA, why would I be asking questions about how Glam Bag Plus works? SMH.

Melissa

So what if I were working for MSA? Would it matter? Anyway, no, I’m not. I wasn’t “defending “ MSA. I was trying to explain to Angela that no one on this forum can help her. I never said nor did I think she was complaining about MSA. I believe in giving people knowledge. Angela seemed to think someone here could help her. They can’t. Way to misread a situation, Amy.

Amy

She was just commenting on the way she feels. She didn’t say anything negative about MSA. Makes me feel like you are working for MSA.
