I got my Fall box a few days ago and in spite of any shipping delay frustration, it reminded me why I love Bombay & Cedar. They’ve had a rough time with Covid related delays but their boxes really are so well done. Last year I switched to the seasonal which I regretted b/c I really loved getting the monthly ones. I ordered a one-time January lifestyle box to decide if I want to renew for this year. Their boxes are a fun mix of things you need, things you’d really like to try and things you wouldn’t have found on your own. I like that they have books, notecards, crafts and activities in most of their boxes and that everything they send is unique yet super useful.
I’m really rooting for them to get their shipping issues fixed and to keep bringing us fun boxes!

Beware. I had several bad experiences. Items which melted in shipping weren’t replaced in mystery boxes – I never even got responses to emails. I tried to use my “points” but they disappeared. It took 5 different emails over a year (every time they had a sale) to finally get a response – they had “taken the points away” I had earned because I had cancelled my sub and restarted it with a coupon. Which, by the way, is not against their coupon rules. I used some of the points they gave me back (finally) on a mystery box, but my postal carrier sent it back because it was leaking liquid. This was in September. After about 6 emails inquiring where my (presumably insured) replacement box was, I finally got it in the end of December. Never again – too much work to manage!

I also had a bad experience with this company and would not buy anything from them again.

Omg I can’t believe MSA is still promoting B&c! It is the worst subscription service and most terrible customer service. I went through a painful credit card dispute with b &c to get a refund.

Hope they don’t stop reviewing it though (like Ouiplease) so readers are warned through comments about all the issues surrounding the box.

Yes, they do have shipping issues but I still really like their seasonal lifestyle boxes.

Please be aware this box is 3+ months late on its box deliveries.
