I’ve been waiting on this box to be delivered since January 5. Fedex finally investigated, and they’re telling me that the box arrived to them completely empty. Now I’m trying to get another box, or at least a refund, and no one is replying to emails or messages. Any suggestions?

At first I was bummed at this months box, but once I got it and started using the products, I have since changed my tune. Drama aside (after reading the comments) I’m judging on the product itself, and I can see improvement in my skin. I have very sensitive skin, and not one of these products bothered me in the slightest.
The sub it self, I had a damaged product, it happened to leak all over everything, and being I was new to the sub I wasn’t sure if or how they would resolve the issue, and I had zero issues with customer service. They say they are sending me a replacement. I haven’t received it yet, but so far customer service was prompt and polite. I do agree with another reviewer that the over all value is lower this month. So far, I like the products this month!

Just wanted to say that for 35 bucks, this was a really good deal. Six full size products (and good, decent sizes), quality ingredients, and quality products (nothing weird and unnecessary). See New has got me hooked on this try a whole line concept and this subscription seems to be following in it’s footsteps (though not necessarily on purpose). Thanks to the other commentators who posted information on this brand as I had no clue. ☺️

This is a great brand, lauded by many skincare pros bc it is formulated well, has fragrance free options, quality ingredients that are scientifically proven to back up the product claims and isn’t at an artificially inflated price, so if u like something you can actually repurchase it. Susan yara had some controversy when she didn’t disclose her affiliation as an investor in the brand while promoting on her channel, but over time ppl have been able to try the products and see that they’re well made, intelligently formulated and aimed at consumers being able to easily understand and distinguish ingredients that work for them. Ive been wanting to try some of these products as there’s a lot of skincare influencers that suggest the brand and promote several the products for their formula and efficacy; and most have forgiven the initial issues surrounding the launch. I’m just happy there’s someone “famous” that isn’t selling overpriced perfumed lotion and saying it’s good for everything. She has a lot of videos on YouTube to help you find which product would work best for your concerns and outlines how to use it and when etc… and u can buy it at target. The products I’ve tried work better than the more expensive brands and don’t have a million ingredients so I can determine if it has something that my skin likes and doesn’t. I suggest checking out the brand regardless if u get the sun box or not.

These look like nice products. I have too much skincare at the moment though lol.

This is a nice selection of products – basically a whole routine. If I was a skincare newbie, this would be a great box.

Not a bad box just too many serums, it would of been nice to have an eye cream to replace one of the serums…..I do feel the value is kind of low this month, I am use to see the value at least 120.00 or above.

This brand has a huge controversy with it. The owner is some YouTuber with a large beauty audience. She promoted this brand for 2-3 months, talking about how amazing it was and how it was the best new product she used. And compared it to other brands like the Ordinary. She had her fellow YouTubers all gush about this brand. In all that time she never revealed it was her brand. When people found out, they felt duped and her launch crashed and burned. She lost the trust of so many subscribers. She went as far as talking about how she got this special discount from the brand if people wanted to buy stuff, pretending she wasn’t the owner.

Yea everything with the launch wasn’t that great and it could’ve been handled much better but this brand is actually amazing! It has incredible ingredient lists on all the products, everything is made alongside a dermatologist, and it’s overall just really effective products. I highly recommend! (especially since this box is such an amazing deal)
