Hello Robin! Were you able to successfully redeem the code you got for the shampoo and conditioner? When I try to enter my personal code on the site with a shampoo and conditioner in my cart, I get a message saying “This coupon will be applied when its conditions are met.”

Hi, you need to order a single shampoo and conditioner, not a bundle. I got the same error when I tried to order the shampoo/conditioner bundle.
