child giving another child a kiwico gift while mom looks on

Ever wanted to put together a really epic holiday gift for a child in your life and get friends and family to chip in? KiwiCo is making that a whole lot easier this year with their new "give a group gift" option!

Here's how it works:

You can choose the KiwiCo subscription that will make the perfect gift for the kiddo on your list — there's something for everyone from the Panda Crate for babies ages 0 to 24 months, Koala Crate for ages 2-4, with play-focused activities, Kiwi Crate for ages 5-8, Atlas Crate addressing geography and culture for ages 6-11 and so on with the Eureka Crate and Maker Crate for ages 14 to 104. Or you can choose to get a gift card so the child can pick out their own gift.

All normal gifting so far, right? Well here's where KiwiCo is changing things up big time! After you tell them who to send the gift to, you can set a "goal" and then ask friends and family to chip in so that everyone can go in together on the one group gift.

Pretty cool, huh? This can really take group gifting to a whole new level, making it easier for folks spread out all around the country to chip in without having to worry about PayPaling Cousin Fred or sending a check in the mail because Grandma Suzie doesn't use Venmo!

Will you be trying this group gift option from KiwiCo this year?
