Do these advent calendars scream “out of season products” to anyone else? Sunscreen & “here comes the sun” vitamins? Come on. I dont want out expire products!

Here Comes The Sun is vitamin D, winter is exactly when you’d need it most. Sunscreen is a year-round thing, I’m always happy to get it (plus it’s one item in a big selection and a travel size at that)

I agree with you on the sunscreen. I’d rather just buy a couple products that I’ll actually love. This is a sustainability nightmare.

I actually like it! It’s 1 sunscreen out of 38 total items. Plus it normalizes the idea that sunscreen is a year-round product ☺️ Agree with you about expiration dates though.

I highly doubt they would include expired products. The sunscreens I have recently received have expiration dates in 2023.

I mean vitamin D deficiency is more common in the wintertime so a vitamin D supplement seems pretty seasonally appropriate to me

It is common in the summer too, I’m currently on a prescription for it.

Not only that, but a. Many people live in places where it doesn’t really get that cold and snowy in the winter, and b. Even if you do live somewhere that has cold winters, Sunscreen should be worn year around. Do people really think that you only wear sunscreen if you’re going to a beach or something?
