BoxyCharm subscribers may love the monthly delivery to their doorstep, but if you're a BoxyCharm Luxe subscriber, that means you've got to wait for that quarterly delivery. Good thing we've got some spoilers to help you get through for the BoxyCharm Luxe September 2021 delivery, huh?

What's BoxyCharm Luxe?

Charmers who are familiar with BoxyCharm's Base subscription may not be signed up for the extra hit of beauty products, but here's the deal: BoxyCharm Luxe is a quarterly upgrade to the BoxyCharm Base subscription. Deliveries show up every March, June, September, and December, and they're loaded with eight full-size beauty, skincare, and lifestyle items.

What's Inside The Box

The September 2021 BoxyCharm Luxe will include the following:

Saturday Skin Pretty Pop Probiotic Power Whipped Cream

Saturday Skin Pretty Pop Probiotic Power Whipped Cream

This cream boasts a mix of prebiotics and probiotics.

Try to snag this on its own, and you're looking at a $149 price tag.

Is It Worth It?

The BoxyCharm Luxe replaces the BoxyCharm Base box on Luxe months, and it costs you an extra $25 on top of the regular $24.99 BoxyCharm subscription for about $50. Considering the flat iron in the BoxyCharm Luxe September 2021 box is $149 on its own, you've already saved $100!

Other Things You Should Know

How does BoxyLuxe work? BoxyLuxe is a once-a-quarter upgrade option you can add to your existing $25-a-month Boxycharm subscription. So for an additional $24.99, you’ll get the Luxe items, and be paying a total of $49.99 for that quarterly box.

Seriously, MSA? You think the flat iron is really $149? Stop with the sales spiel…it’s insulting. We all know we can get one for around $18 at the nearest Walmart. This was the worst box I’ve ever received. Nothing Luxe here.
(Flat Iron, KAB palette, Tinted Lip Balm, Body Polish, Lip Scrub, mascara, Saturday Skin and oral supplements) I just paid $50 for a box of garbage.

Meh. I’ve been super disappointed in Luxe lately. It feels like all the Boxy tiers have gone downhill. Probably about time to just cancel them. I’ve actually been very pleasantly surprised with how much I like Ipsy GBX though- used almost everything from the August box.

I just canceled all three tiers of one of my Boxy subs and cancelled base and luxe on my 2nd….feels good!

I cancelled Luxe last month cause it’s been nothing but a sick joke. I had all 3 tiers of Boxy and trying to decide which one gets cancelled next..either Premium or Base is next to go? Its just become unexciting wuth all the cheap imposter products. Oh course its just not Boxy Charm sending junk, most subsctiption boxes are gollowing the same. Seems to ne a lake luster experience these days. I have to agree Ive gotten several flat Irons and blow dryers in the past, How many can one use? Havent used any of them, if they are disposable or have an experation date I suppose you’d need to get one every few months in your box? But if you have to replace it in 6mths or less that tells you right there, its just garbage to start with. Ive had the same BaByliss Pro Portafino Blow Dryer

Seriously! Like when they put Avant products in and say the retAil value is over $100, yeah right. The packaging is so cheap, it’s like getting hotel bottles

They need to stop putting flat irons in this box or make them a choice item. This is absurd. This will be my third one. Also, KAB in the Luxe box is really not okay. Luxe has gone so downhill this year it’s not even funny. I am ready to unsubscribe. There are such low quality items in Luxe now that it’s not even worth what I pay, and I say that because the insanely inflated values of the items in no way reflect the actual QUALITY and PERFORMANCE of the items themselves. I’m happy about the Saturday Skin but I do not have high hopes for the rest after seeing KAB and this cheap looking flat iron.

You nailed it, Ash. I think the best strategy is to keep the Base Box and shop add-ons and pop-ups. Once a product enters the Boxy realm, it is there for life.

Those who have shopped pop up will not find this box exciting. KAB is always like 90% off. The retail value of these products are always inflated, if I had to put a value on the flat iron it would be $5

I’m probably cancelling my luxe box. Kabcosmetics?ugh!! Stupid mini flat irons I have two already I can’t give away cause nobody flat irons their kids hair and that’s the size of them!

Can you change the thumbnail for this post? The items shown are from Boxycharm Premium’s ABH takeover which can be misleading if you’re a new subscriber.

Thanks for your suggestion! We made a switch!

These are for the luxe box? ugh.

I finally had the chance to try Luxe, signed up and got a starter box that was not too bad but not worth it. Then my first actual BoxyLuxe was insulting. One of the items was discontinued hand soap from a company that no longer exists!
