It's that time again — time to start customizing your Alltrue box for Fall 2021 (formerly Causebox). We took a peek at the customizations available for subscribers, and we've got all the spoilers.

First off, let's talk about the designer for this season's box! The brand revealed that Hola Lou did the honors, sharing:

"Using an abstract approach to image-making inspired by minimalism and modernism, Mexico-based fall artist Hola Lou at once captured and wove together this shifted focus with the changing landscape, textures, and textiles of autumn. Look closely, and you’ll see burnt hues, bold rain storms, a full sun emerging from behind heavy clouds, and the wooly feel of cold-weather coats and scarves."

Sounds cozy, doesn't it? Here's Lou!

So how is that translating in the spoilers? Let's take a look! Here are the three different choices you can make so far for the fall Alltrue box — each costing $11 if you add extras to your box.

I gave this a shot when they switched to Alltrue. Glad I didn’t go for the annual. Canceled the same day I rec’d the summer box. What happened? For the sake of the annuals I hope the other tiers have better choices than these. I’d rather spend fifty bucks on something I pick out myself at this point.

Also, where is the second spoiler? That was supposed to be posted yesterday. I’m so tired of this company: the green washing, slow shipping, condescending social media presence, and they can’t even stick to their own spoiler schedule? I’m cancelling after my annual expires.

According to their own spoiler schedule, spoiler #2 comes out tomorrow Friday the 20th.

Oh, I forgot how much they drag out spoilers. Thanks for the clarification. Just another reason to cancel.

Melissa

Horrible. So glad I cancelled.

This is a joke, right? They chose repeats and leftovers from their market as the first spoilers for the box? Sigh, I so regret getting that annual subscription.

This category is the second lowest priced one…spoilers 3 and 4 will likely be the more fun items.

I’m so underwhelmed…. My first thought is home wares aisle at big box store. This selection looks suspiciously like left-overs from add on market…. Nothing here that I haven’t seen there.

How are the items in this box “happy inducing”?? Oh wow, I can’t wait to get my dryer balls and measuring spoons so I can do chores, NOT

Carrie

Hahahaha. Exactly.

What a snoozefest. Also, they should market this box as like a “modern housewife” box or something, because like almost everything in it these days is about cooking or cleaning. At least FFF has choices. This is just like tools for home ec class or something. Hard pass.

Interesting that a company that typically focuses on vegan products is putting out wool dryer balls. Also not super inspired by these spoilers

Deb

I don’t see how wool dryer balls go against veganism. It’s not like they kill the sheep to get the wool, nor is anyone liable to eat them LOL

Laura

Vegans don’t use animal products at all. Also, before you make jokes, look up wool farming.

Sumita

So far, not impressed with the first choices

BB

The wording here is confusing, making it sound like you have to pay 11 dollars to choose.

I just chose my first product and it lets you add another item from the 1st category for an additional $11

Fran Reaven

I agree. What’s the deal?

Soooo boring, I already have measuring spoons and dryer balls. I looked at reviews on Amazon and people said the wooden spoon was quite fragile and broke after a few months. I’m fine without more products lying around so guess I’ll get the day cream that I’ve seen in multiple other sub boxes. It’s a shame they’re not unique anymore and are just like the other subscriptions, just even more boring for the sake of their wannabe eco aesthetic.

Carrie

I would be really annoyed if I had an annual sub

I agree with you Shad!! All of that. Lol
