I prefer to be civil on a blog of all things, Nat. Be well.

Goodness Linda, nobody said anything uncivil to you. You were wrong, and Nat corrected you. I looked it up myself, and she’s right.

So you don’t think there is a possibility that they are selling older product that previously wasn’t cruelty free? You have a really bad attitude. On a blog, nonetheless. Smiley

Linda

Having went to mainland China with a friend of mine quite recently, I have seen Tonymoly products still sold in stores there. That is just one way I absolutely know they still sell in China (entire sets of products in several stores, since K-Beauty is big there), so I have first hand knowledge. It’s OK if anyone disagrees with me, but do it in a fashion where Amber defends Nat? Nat was able to speak to me. That is all the energy I will expend on this topic, on a blog, nonetheless. 🙂 Thanks, Amber.

Nat

So do I. I didn’t say anything hurtful or untruthful. You be well as well and maybe research next time before you post something.

Linda

If TONYMOLY was a cruelty-free brand, I’d buy this.

Nat

It’s cruelty free. At one point they weren’t. But now they are.

Thank you for updating, Nat! I still thought they weren’t so this is great news, because I have been wanting to buy some of their items I’ve sampled and loved in the past.

Nat

No, they don’t sell on mainland China anymore. They used to. But they don’t. In the FAQ on Tonymoly site it’s stated they are cruelty-free. You can Google some more about it.

Linda

TONYMOLY is sold in mainland China, so their products are tested on animals where required by law. China still tests on animals, even though they are gradually stepping away from that starting this year.
