Sooooo….I changed the store I was shopping in (at the top, not the pickup location) to ones in other states until I got the price drop To 14.99. Ordered both new ones for 15 each.
Fun fact: still had to add a $6 bag of candy to get 35 free shipping
True. I think I was more irked about the different prices being charged than I was about the actual money. I love my local Target store but the online customer service is not so great.
I’m in Pittsburgh Pa and this box and the other new box are showing up only $14.99 for me. I’m not sure why others are being charged more? Maybe it has to do with taxes? Do those who are getting charged more live in tax free states by chance?
I’m from Pittsburgh too!! It’s more with shipping…but get a red card and it’s 11.22!! It was 22 something then with circle card 18 something then with red debit card 11.22!!!
This was supposed to be free with a $40 nail purchase yesterday for National Nail Day. It worked with almost nothing, so I guess that’s why they’re trying to offload them all now. SMH.
If you have a RedCard it’s always free shipping — you don’t even have to get the credit card if you don’t want it, you can get the debit one. I have one linked just to an account I put all my fun money in (so no risk of it eating up my main checking if there is a data breach — I know people might be hesitant with Target b/c of that). Just mentioning it cause like some others have posted, the shipping fees get obnoxious.
Murakami, I have a RedCard and, depending on products, most of the time it “ships free with $35 orders”. You have to watch the descriptions for shipping. I paid for shipping several times with my RedCard without paying attention.
I kind of want this. Love nail kits. But I refuse to pay for shipping. I was going to add the 2 previous boxes they had in March which are still available to get my total high enough for free shipping. I just really only like 1 of the kits and not the 2nd. I am going to wait and see if Target has any more kits in the future that look interesting and I might get a couple of them together so not to pay shipping.
Jeanine, she’s saying the box alone is $18.29, it has nothing to do with shipping.
JuJu that’s so strange because here in Pittsburgh it’s only $14.99.
Do you happen to live in a zero tax state? I was thinking maybe they charge more in those places. Though that seems not right to do.
It is. I once paid more for an item online and then went inside the store and it was a completely different price (like by a lot.) They change prices depending on location, time, and whether it’s online or in the store.
