Did anyone notice that the Norvina Pro Pigment Palette has a disclaimer on 17 of the 25 colors that says they aren’t “not intended for use around the eye area”? That seems kind of odd considering that I would think it is primarily an eye shadow palette? Does anyone have any info on this?

Received my box today! (2.3 lbs)
– Vol 3 eyeshadow palette
– Translucent Powder
– liquid lip (Sepia 😬)
– Darkside gel eyeliner
– clear brow gel
– loose highlighter (Vegas, a light gold)

Not the worst — thankful not to have gotten lashes, dewy mist, or mascara — but dark brown lipstick and clear brow gel are pretty much just as useless to me.

I haven’t been so disappointed in a premium box since the February takeover. I won’t use any of this and know no one who would wear those eye shadows or the other products. Most of my premium boxes are skincare, which is why I hang in there. Plus the pop up and add on sales are fantastic! Lots of skincare for rock bottom prices!

My concern is they are close to expiring that is why rock bottom prices

Rach i sympathize with you i truly do but I had to laugh, maybe someday it’ll be funny to you too! But this is the oldest trick in their book. Forget the fact that recently boxes have been stalled, lost, a month late, they surprise took you off a ‘waiting list’ at 1am and pushed the box out the door! I signed up for glam bag x in August, well imagine my surprise when ipsy charged me and sent TWO in May- that I couldn’t send back, one of which I only now received and was totally thrown in other items since the original glam bag x went astray in the mail. They did put quite a lot on there so I just shrugged, but I too am considering completing canceling after years (not just skipping).

In addition to that crazy arrangement, they force you to get both Base and Premium boxes during your first premium month, making the combined charge $70. Not everyone can swing that much at a time.

I signed up for Premium around choice time, too, but I knew beforehand I’d have to get a June box, so I wasn’t surprised when they took me off the waitlist and charged me almost immediately. I certainly wasn’t happy about it but I at least saw it coming!

I’ve been with Boxy for about 3 1/2 years now and have also never cancelled and resubbed. I’m not yet ready to cancel but I believe I’ll be going back to base only after the July ABH box.

If you don’t want the June box, don’t sign up before July.

I signed up for Premium on choice day, so I could select my items. I was added to the wait list, which was fine with me.

Unbeknownst to me, I was removed from the wait list that night at 1 am. They billed me for the June box (that I didn’t want or order). I woke up and saw the email. I immediately contacted Boxy’s CS. They told me that it was in the “shipping process” and couldn’t be canceled. I have multiple shipping programs set up for my home and a label hadn’t even been created, so I refused to accept that answer.

I responded to the email and it went unanswered for a day, which isn’t surprising. This time, the CS rep told me that all orders are FINAL. That’s an interesting take on it, especially since I didn’t order the June box. The rep stated that it’s Boxy’s decision to start your subscription the following month (when it should start), or to send you the current month’s box.

Ultimately, they refused to cancel the June box before they ever sent it. I emailed them within 8 hours of them creating the order and they still refused. I was sent leftover items that I have ZERO interest in, which is exactly why I didn’t sign up for the June Premium box.

I’ve been with Boxy for 6+ years (I’ve never canceled). I’ve had multiple issues in the last 2 years. I think this is the final issue for me. Forcing me to pay $35 for something I didn’t want or agree to buy, is unethical in my opinion. Once I spend my charms, I’ll be canceling my account.
