How do i contact BoxyCharm? I am getting it and like it. However, when i go to my account, they ask me to reactivate and won’t let me shop, use my credits or pick my choice. I have tried contacting them and the only way is that stupid Boxybot. Please help. Thank you.

Boxycharm opened Add-ons to non-subscribers. You must have a BoxyCharm account & be signed into it, but you do not have to have an active subscription.

Shipping is free for add-ons.

I received the email. I got a few of my staple items. Glad they were available.

I still don’t have my add ons from April. They refuse to refund me and keep giving me a line of bull about “fulfillment issues”. It’s deceptive to take somebody’s money for a product and not ship the products forc2 months and send email after email with excuses and refusal to refund the money. I am really ticked off with their unprofessionalism.

Regarding the Symbiosis London brand that’s being offered and the eye creams, I read some extremely concerning things alleging the company might be another scam that buys cheap things from aliexpress and lifts their photos from shutterstock. Apparently the company owns Avant which we all know has crazy prices, and the addresses go to Ho r Depot locations. Google ‘Symbiosis Skincare reddit’ to do your own research.
It looks to me like the website has been updated quite a bit and seems legitimate, but the information uncovered by people in that thread is absolutely concerning and I will NOT be buying any of the products. And Boxycharm is fully complicit in this as well.

That is awful!

I heard Ipsy does the same thing.

Is there any concern about quality or toxic ingredients in the rebranded makeup?

You are right about that, Marion! The prices have increased. I don’t need the box, but I stay subscribed to have access to add-ons and pop-up sales.
